I was shocked at how simple this was. I'd never done a rollover before and was a little uneasy about how my funds would transfer but it all turned out to be smooth and exactly as explained. The only thing that was actually unnerving was the time while funds had gone to $0 in my 401k account and had yet to show up in Robinhood. Took several days longer than expected but all eventually showed up so just know there's a week or two delay.

I have been waiting for over a month for their prepaid envelope. No phojllne number to call. And they finally send it, but ship it UPS Ground so it takes another week to arrive!

I just paid $35 to USPS to mail the checks myself. I cant have my 401k and Roth funds tied up by Capitalize until they get your act together.

Capitalize has been of *zero* value to helping me do this rollover. In fact, you only added time, additional steps, and unneeded stress to this entire process.

Rolling over tax advantaged, retirement accounts is never fun but neither is managing several different brokerages. The people at Capitalize take an antiquated process and handle the whole thing start to finish. They’re helpful and easy to work with. I will use them in the future whenever I inevitably have the use again. It frankly makes consolidating my accounts in Robinhood more attractive.

What is Capitalize?? Through other apps, I rolled over my 401k. I supposed they could have utilized another company to help in that but not any party involved had accurate timelines, or tracking, or any accurate helpful information. I was flying in the dark the whole time just hoping the process worked.
Advertise better and actually provide end user value if you want good reviews and growth.

Easy to submit the transfer request. This was done by mail and I would have preferred an EFT transaction.
