I did not like the bidding you could not go back and see if you were out bid a thier was not a list to tell you what you were bidding on or winning. Did not know that I won until I got the invoice.
I will not be back to these autions. The user experience sucks.

I contacted the auctioneer about the size of an item. He stated he would be at the house on 4/30 and would let me know then. NOTHING! My daughter also had a question, about measurements, same email response but nothing on 4/30. Getting really tired of these auctioneers not showing you measurements - too lazy! How do we know something will fit our space if we don't know the size? I have a sneaky feeling that this auctioneer wanted to bid on the items as they were very nice oak pieces. He either wanted them for himself or family. I'm pretty much done with all auctions, as I'm tired of sending email after email and 99% can't even get a response! They want our money, but customer service is horrible! I am not positive of the date I sent him an email - but it was about a week before the end of the auction! When we went to pick up what we HAD purchased, I had bid on a picture he posted stating "bathroom decorations". There were items such as lanterns,, flowers, picture, etc. sitting on a wooden shelf. I was bidding on the shelf. However when I got there they said the shelf was screwed into the wall and they couldn't get it down! WOW! How long does it take to type "does not include shelf" in their description?? Very flaky company!!

This was my first online bidding experience and HiBid made it very easy and fun!! Afterwards the companies were very helpful and easy to work with when picking up my wins. All the information a person needs is available on you page. I'm afraid I'm hooked lol!

I have used this app for several years, I have never had an issue.

I have bid twice on 5 total items at US DEALS HUB LLC. Both times I won all 5 items at closing and was marked as “you may have won”. When I contact the seller, I was told that the seller didn’t accept my bid. This is unfair because if the seller wants to sell at a higher price then they should start the bid at that price.

It was very nice and organized.

The platform works and is 👍great.
It's fair and responsive when bidding.
My issue is with the Reserve met.
Even though people can bid on items, at the auction end I won Nothing because of the reserve.
This needs to be fixed.

Good experience on the site,the only thing I didn't like when the item gets to the few minutes you can't see what the bid is on the catalog section, you have to look at that specific item to see what the bid is.

When I selected shipping option it automatically processed the invoice with shipping included and processed with the credit card information I had on file. Don’t have to receive a separate invoice from the auction party. Also shipping pricing is understood before bidding. Know exactly how much I am paying.

The bidding was easy and I really liked the soft close.
