I placed an order for cleats for my…

I placed an order for cleats for my son, and when the product was received they were USED. The shoes were dirty and filled with dog hair. That is not good customer service. Only thing they wanted to do was say sorry in give me 20%off on my next order. Why would I give them more of my money to receive use product again.

The hibbett phone customer service reps…

The hibbett phone customer service reps on the phone are completely rude and obnoxious. Everytime you ask them a question its always an idk or we have limited access. Then when you wanna speak to a supervisor you always get there's no supervisors here now. They will have to call you back. Now if that's not terrible customer service then idk what is. Whats the point of dealing with customer service if you dont to do your job. Something has to be done about this. Cause in person dealing with customer service this type of stuff doesn't happen like this. Those phone reps need alot more customer service training.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TX

The older hispanic lady with all the tattoos that works in this store has horrible customer service. I had a Door Dash order to pick up in here and after looking at the bags and not seeing any like the one that was in the picture for me to pick up for the customer, i walked to the checkout counter and she said "we can get the shoes for you, but we have bags everywhere you will have to get that on your own." Lol. After scanning two of the tags on the bags and neither being right, I just unassigned the order. I will NEVER go into that store again. If you hate your job that much, find a different one. I mean it was obvious that I didnt just come in there and ask for help right off the bat, i looked around the store first myself and only then tried to get help.

I was honestly a little nervous…

I was honestly a little nervous ordering after reading so many negative reviews, but my experience turned out great. I placed my order on Wednesday and received it by Sunday via FedEx, which was much faster than I expected. The item arrived in good condition and exactly as described. Overall, I’m really satisfied with the quick shipping and smooth delivery process. Definitely a positive experience for me!

If I could give zero Stars I would

If I could give zero Stars I would. We pay $234 for a pair of shoes when they arrived inside was a pair of used dirty shoes. Hibbett sports refuse to give us a refund or our shoes. Do not do business with this store!!

Horrible customer service - very disrespectful - OKC store1

I am absolutely livid with Hibbett and will be closing my account and no longer doing business with them.

My kids "love" Hibbett. And stand in long lines to purchase "New Drops." So, a few years ago, I opened a Hibbett account to shop for my kids, and purchase gift certificates for them.

This past Christmas, I purchased a gift certificate for all of my kids!!

On or about 2/11/26, one of my kids purchased a t-shirt from the Hibbett location on Rockwell in Oklahoma City. On 2/18/26, around 14:00, my daughter went to this location to exchange the shirt, only.

A black male employee asked if she had the receipt. She informed him, "no." He asked for her phone number to locate her Hibbett account. She told him that she didn't have a Hibbett account, but her girlfriend did, and asked him to look up her account. She stated that he immediately got an attitude, acting homophobic and like j-e-r-k, and refused to honor Hibbett's return policy.

My daughter called the customer service phone number for Hibbett. She spoke to a gentlemen that assured her that she may exchange her shirt, as a part of Hibbett's return policy. He asked to speak to the gentleman in the store. He refused to get on the phone, or to speak with his co-worker. And he told her to tell the gentleman from customer service to call someone from his office. Not following company policy can lead to a discrimination lawsuit. That's why policies are put in place.

As I was walking out, he smiled and said, "maybe you should consider making a Hibbett's account." And he giggled.

This is ghetto and unprofessional!! I'm appalled at the lack of management for this location!!! This is unacceptable.

Very disappointed highly upset with this company!!!

I ordered online they send the item with the security tag still attached I call them and they say send it back but charges 18 to 20 dollars more,I'm very unhappy highly upset and disappointed of how this company went about trying to handle the situation of their mistake!!!! Really 1 star is too much credit for them!!!

Stay far away

Had to give one star but it should def be zero ordered shoes on 24 jan package has been sitting at a hub for over a week no updates no movement ..told by FedEx contact shipper cause from what they see it's likely stolen...all hibbets could tell me was to keep waiting and ten days after the last scan I can file a claim which is insane I've already waiting 18 days on shoes that aren't coming?? The customer service and attitude I received behind money I spent was last straw ...

Poor Experience in Hendersonville, NC

I want to let you know that I had a very poor experience in your store # 89 today. I purchased a pair of shoes from your associate #221266 (Efinity). She was extremely rude, unhelpful and had a very poor attitude through the entire process. The store was empty except for my wife and I. There was loud offensive (cuss words and ugly lyrics) music playing which made communication extremely difficult. The store employee seemed as though we were bothering her throughout the entire process. Very negative experience!

I mess with Hibbett...

I mess with Hibbett.... 2 days top and you have your merchandise. PERIODT!!!!💯🫶🏽💪🏾🫡

The only thing I found an issue with wassssssssss.....My home address and billing information did not match, and they were able to push the order through.

I call and ask someone in CS....to verify.... how did that happen, but they didnt say why/how.....because the order should have rejected and asked me to verify my information before the purchase could be made.

That's a major SECURITY BREECH and needs to be looked into 🤔

Very bad customer service

Walked in the store two people was working. No one greeted me at when I came in the door. It just kept unpacking boxes putting out products. No interaction with the customer at all even when I walked out the door no one said bye or anything. They need to work on customer service better please I didn’t even buy no product out of there

I will NEVER shop at any Hibbett store…

I will NEVER shop at any Hibbett store again. I won a raffle for 2 different shoes and never received either pair. I spent over $450 just for them to tell me “your claim has been denied and do not contact us again because all claims are final.” The crazy part is they have both pair of shoes in stock so they can easily replace the shoes that were delivered to the wrong address.

I went to Hibbets on university drive…

I went to Hibbets on university drive in Huntsville Alabama. I dealt with a manager named Leann she was the worst manager I have ever encountered. She apparently does not like her job it showed before she even approached me. I saw her interaction with another customer who asked for a manager and she rolled her eyes because she was made aware that they didn’t want to deal with her but someone else. When Leann approached me she was cold and rolled her eyes when i was asking for assistance looking for an order. Like helping me was too much. Looking at the interaction with a couple other employees it seems that it’s time to demote. Specifically because of this girl I will not shop with this company if you have people running your business like trash then you don’t deserve out business and apparently Nike needs to rethink this business they do with the company as well. I will be sending a review and pictures and a little video footage.

I would not buy from this company

I would not buy from this company. I ordered my granddaughter a pair of sneakers for Christmas. I got one shoe called customer service and talk to two very rude men then transfer to a supervisor after a fight. His name was Jay Very rude. I asked if they could send me a new pair and I’d send their one shoe back and they said no I had to send the shoe back before they would resend me a pair which I wouldn’t have by Christmas and this was their mistake not mine and then I had to return one shoe which is 20 minutes away one way for me so that was an inconvenient I had this happen with Amazon one time and they overnighted me the right shoes and told me to throw away the one they sent me very bad customer service I would never buy from this company again Their mistake became my fault I guess.

I wish I could give 0 stars

I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order on Nov 15th, the shoes arrived but did not fit my son. I returned by mail and requested a refund. It is now December 15th and I still currently do not have a round. I've been told the bank has your refund,I called the bank and was told no refund was issued and pulled my statement. I have been giving the run around for 82.63. They went so far as to email me a bogus email today stating the refund was issued on December 1st . With a claim number. Never again
