Withdrawal Still Pending – Poor Customer Support

I requested a withdrawal, but my funds have remained pending for hours. Every time I contact customer support, they give me the same generic response, such as "Please wait, the finance department is processing your application." They have not provided a transaction ID, a clear explanation for the delay, or a specific timeframe for when the withdrawal will be completed.
As a customer, this has been a very frustrating experience. Instead of receiving clear communication, I have been asked to keep waiting repeatedly without any meaningful update.
I hope the company resolves my withdrawal as soon as possible. Until then, I advise potential users to be cautious and avoid depositing more money until they are confident that withdrawals are processed reliably.
I will update this review if my withdrawal is completed and the issue is resolved.
