As soon as we received your order, we contacted you and provided a full update within 24 hours. Your order for the R46S console with air delivery was shipped within the same 24-hour window, exactly as promised, via air courier for faster delivery.

Fast Movement & Delivery Attempt:
The parcel progressed quickly and was out for delivery within just 3 days, including Sunday. The courier boy called you on the evening of the delivery attempt, but the delivery was not accepted. The next day, the parcel was officially refused by you, and it was marked for return to us.

Delivery Refusal & Refund:
Although the order was processed and shipped on time with premium delivery, we still respected your cancellation request. As informed earlier, once the parcel returns to us (RTO – Return to Origin), your advance payment will be refunded in full, without delay.

WhatsApp & Email Communication:
You had initially sent us an email regarding your order status. As soon as our support team saw your mail, they immediately called you and provided a complete update.
