The watch is superb. My boyfriend will be very happy with it. He will love the military aspect (he’s ex-army), the satisfying weight of it on the wrist and the fact that it was assembled in France. I was very satisfied with the personal customer experience when I enquired about the different models available.

I received my H.G.P. watch it wasn’t working I tried to return the item with a prepared label that didn’t work so asked for a pick up it took weeks for a replacement

while the watch is amazing for its build and quality at any price, on trustpilot the concern is more with the seller reputation and buying experience. i must rate this manufacturer among the very best in responsiveness to any questions about their industry leading product. would rate them higher if possible.

HGP is a terrific micro brand watch maker. There are a lot of other watch makers in this space, and I've bought many, at last count, 64 watches over the past several years. My experience buying from HGP was nothing short of seamless. The sales people were wonderful, the turn around from purchase to delivery was I believe 5 days. That included customs processing and navigating the new 'Trump tariffs" Aside from the experience, the watch I bought, "The Commando" is stunning. It's a well made, beautiful time piece that has quickly become one of my favorites. It is an exceptional watch from a company that obviously prioritizes customer service.

I ordered an HPG Diver 200M mecaquartz watch with an orange dial. HGP shipped it out quickly but once it reached the USA it was lost in transit at one of the DHL hubs. DHL customer service is run by bots and is absolutely useless, so no answers from DHL were forthcoming. I contacted HGP for assistance and they contacted DHL on their end. Finally, I had real people calling me from DHL with updates and my watch showed up the next day. The watch is beautiful and the mecaquartz movement is the best of both worlds coupling the advantages of a sweep-like movement of an automatic with the accuracy of quartz. The bezel action is amazing, the orange color is dazzling, and of course the Monnin case is legendary. This watch is a great value for the price. HGP was also very responsive prior to the ordering process as they answered all of my questions helping me to choose between the various models. I would rate the customer service of HGP at an A-plus!

Hello from New Jersey! I just received my HGP GMT Pepsi bezel Vintage watch and it's fantastic. The fit and finish is top notch and the rotating bezel is high quality with zero back-play and lines up at 12 o'clock perfectly. The Monin case has a beautiful brush finish and the chamfers have a high polish. Very impressive. The movement winds up super smooth as well and keeps perfect time. I have a couple of $5,000 + watches in my collection and this one is just as good. If you are in the market for a thoughtfully designed high quality watch at a great price then give this one a try. Also, the team at HGP answered all of my questions very quickly and DHL did a great job shipping to New Jersey USA. You will not be disappointed.

I have not yet bought a watch, though I am likely to buy one.

What I will say is that when I asked them a question (in English) they responded quickly (in English) and their response was very useful.

I received my beautiful black dial Diver 200M Mecaquartz watch last week in the U.S. The watch arrived within 7 days from the date of order. Communication by H.G.P. and DHL was outstanding!

So far the watch is accurate to a couple of seconds. It wears very comfortably and I love the Mecaquartz movement that makes it look like a mechanical.

Finally, I received outstanding customer service from Audrey who quickly responded to my questions. I will be back to order another Mecaquartz soon based on this experience.

I received my HGP Commando mecaquartz watch the other day and it’s simply fabulous! Excellent fit and finish and keeping great time. Customer service, especially Audrey, was fantastic.

I made an enquirer via their webpage and received a swift and personal (non generic) reply that exactly addressed my query.

Excellent Customer Service, Great watch, Excellent value (import tax into UK a shocker). I have 18 Dive watches, including Draken, TAG, Oris, Alsta, Rado, Longines, Certina, Limes, Armand Nicolet, CWard, Seestern, Nivada Grechen and Titoni. My HGP watch is, in terms of V4£, is on par with any of these. HGP could Make their Diver watches the "Best in the world" by adding: a Ceramic Bezel, Glidelock clasp and a Soprod S024 movement! I would gladly pay an extra £150-£200 for such an upgrade.

Recently purchased a watch from HGP, from start to finish the customer service was superb, the watch arrived on time and was tracked door to door, fantastic watch, very well packaged with a few gifts inside and also a free FKM strap with my purchase, highly recommended.

Firstly living in the UK the import duty was really excessive, but thats not HGP's fault. The watch itself is fantastic. The finishing on the case is great, the bezel action superb and the lume likewise. Also another bonus is the Seiko movement is regulated. A really compelling tool watch for the money. Full marks from me. And the company reply promptly to any concerns
