I had a very bad experience with HFM (HF Markets) regarding the security of my trading account and the lack of responsibility from their support team.

My trading account (ID: 135048449) had a balance of $2,461.15. On March 10, 2026, a huge number of unauthorized trades were executed on my account (XAUUSD and EURUSD), which completely blew my account balance down to $0.10.

Here are the important facts:

• I DID NOT log into my account on March 10, 2026.
• I did NOT authorize any trades.
• I was at the hospital the entire day with a family member and had no access to my trading system.
• The trades were extremely high volume and clearly suspicious.

When I received the Daily Confirmation email on March 11, I was shocked to see that my account had been completely wiped out.

This clearly indicates that an unauthorized third party accessed my trading account and placed these trades without my permission.

I immediately contacted HFM support and requested them to:

Investigate the IP addresses and device IDs used for login

Identify the unauthorized access

Reverse the fraudulent trades

Restore my account balance

Unfortunately, my concern has been ignored and no responsibility has been taken by the broker.

For a financial trading platform, account security should be the highest priority. If a trader’s account can be accessed by someone else and all funds can be wiped out without protection or investigation, it raises serious concerns about the platform’s security and customer protection policies.

Because of this experience, I strongly advise traders to be extremely cautious when using HFM.

I hope the company will properly investigate this case and take responsibility for protecting its clients

After 10 days of given review and communication with support team still no any solution came. What a worst customer service.

Sl not adjusted while in a trade

The support team is very bad!!!! They never respond to our messages and the withdrawal process is very bad too. How can I deposit with a card and after sometime trading, the same card I deposited with can not withdraw any money. They always say deposit to withdraw new card to withdraw. Please fix this

All staff are always willing to help and also provide a listening ear and are able to assist and give advice where needed.

Plenty of feedback, guidance and support from the account manager Banisha Dussoye - who is also very knowledgeable.
So far the I have been able to access and register everything with ease. It’s been smooth sailing so far with HFM. Great experience.

I never thought they will be this real but the made me to get more attracted to this trading activity though am a still a beginner but I trust they will teach me and make me reach where I want to honestly I don’t regret choosing HFM market

Bad experience with this broker customer support is useless and agent Maria is is not educated with what this broker offers and talks lies only insists you deposit .
Other agents are clueless aswell,
Poor customer service I will not recommend this broker to anyone but I will recommend that this broker learn from others in the industry as they are fairly new.
Live chat only gets replied to after 5 Min waiting period what type of live chat is that?! Hence you guys need to learn a lot from other brokers who's been omariund longer than you guys

HFM (Silent scammers)
On 01/29/2025, I deposited 500 usd on my hfm account placed a trade and I was stopped out . So I remain with 27 usd on the account, I placed a 0.05 gold buy from 2757.57 price i held gold for a full year watching it.
So after the profits reached 10,000usd Hfm stopped sending me daily confirmations telling me the account is under investigation. Well I didn't panic i knew hfm was a trusted broker.
When the profits reached 15000 usd hfm took my profits and terminated my account. Hfm is also not trust worthy.
Up there that's the last daily confirmation I got.
What i ask why would they take the swap fees from day one ,leave the trade running in the end take my profits. Hfm has no difference with "scammers". I even talked to one of their staff in Uganda called James no help was got they just took my profits.
How i wish I can upload support conversations,with James too

Very good experience both service as well platform overall

I opened a demo account and planned to open a live account. The platform was great to use but it timed out after 5 minutes. So annoying. Impossible to trade having to login repeatedly. Customer service was no help.

I'm going on site to open account I see 100% bonus offier I'm joining account open deposit 250 and credit 250 my is 500 I trade gold pound he created out and my wash it's like scam not I lose my money no instruction to this policy company
