Took 9. Days to deliver one part of a divan base they then promised next day nothing arrived phone them we will send it next day again rest of bed arrived damaged.
Had 2 members of staff put phone down on me one promised me a partial refund at a insult offer of £25 which was a insult then raised to £40 I told them to issue refund and il take it further.
Horrendous people to deal with apart from one lady I managed to speak to. But two other members of staff kept telling me she wasn’t in the office when I was asked personally by here to call back earlier that day.
Ended up having to get a call back from Amazon and raise this with them direct who got a refund processed but will never recommend this company.
The delivery company even said they receive good is some horrendous conditions. Avoid at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs I’m not one to write reviews but these people are something else. Delivered first mattress wrong then when the right one was delivered, after just 1 nights sleep it has a dip in the middle … I was advised by HF4U to flip the mattress and that it is perfectly normal to have a big dip in the middle of an expensive mattress with so called 4000 springs!!!! AVOID!!!

AMAZING!!!!!!! The customer service was just all in all great, i am overly pleased with my purchase & i will most defiantly be returning for more of the fabulous products they have to offer at the right price too.

Disgraceful. Shoddy goods and very poor customer service. I've had two sets of beds delivered, both were filthy dirty and very flimsy, the base is made from cardboard. Customer service is a joke, they won't give a refund until items are returned but their courier never turns up. I've been waiting in for 3 days now for a collection. Avoid, avoid avoid, never dealt with such a badly organised company.

Very unhelpful - poor customer service. States next day delivery but didn't happen - waited in all day. Co. provided incorrect post code but correct on order - nightmare.

Still not received my refund after having to cancel my order on 30th July. Absoutle joke. Do not use this company. This is the 2nd review I have had to do as they keep fobbing me off. Next step will be charge back on my card and an email to trading standards.

Awful cheap made beds , awful customer service

I bought a small double with extras such as draws and headboard

The bed looks like it’s been made by a school child In Woodwork and the finishing of stapling the fabric is awful and uneven and looks rushed.

The bed arrived damaged with a big chip to the cheap chip board which is under the cheap fabric

The finishing at one end is horrendous and not straight and shows bare chip board

I contacted customer service and showed pictures of the damage and they offered to replace the base if I wrapped it in plastic wrapping or give me a twenty pounds refund.

I said that was unacceptable and they said we can’t help you unfortunately

Let’s get this straight even without the damage these beds are awful and cheap and put together by people who aren’t carpenters or skilled workers

Avoid HF4U and Home Furnishings their eBay store and safe yourself money and a lot of disappointment and hassle.

The beds are a disgrace and the customer service is asbysmal.

Look at all the bad reviews on here and steer clear. I’d be amazed if the cheap and lightweight badly made bases last more than a month.

When the divan I ordered arrived the delivery driver said he was only allowed to deliver to the 1st floor. If we wanted it delivered to my 2nd floor flat we would have to pay him £20 cash for him to deliver it dispite there being a lift! The driver was very rude and intimidating and behaved in a very aggressive manner and tone. We felt we had no choice but to pay up.

After calling hf4u they informed us that the delivery driver had scammed us. So far hf4u have done nothing about this.

One star is far too much!
I ordered a bed and mattress plus paid the extra for Saturday delivery.
I called on the Saturday morning to get a rough idea of when it would arrive. I was told by 1300. That came and wait so called again and advised this time that it hadn't even been despatched and won't get it till the Tuesday now but I would have to call on the Monday.
When I called on the Monday I had to ask them to refund the Saturday delivery payment or I won't have got it.
I commented on their Facebook page about next day delivery to no response. I have emailed customer services with a complaint still no response. I ordered this at the beginning of July!
Don't use them they have no customer services skills and lie to their customers!

Disgusted with the customer service as they don't have any. And next day delivery is a joke more like 5 days. The bed was in broken packing and dirty . The headboard is made of terrible wood cheap is not the word plus was dirty. The bed base was ok but coverd in wood bits . 300 for a bed that's probably worth 150 tops . DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY IN MY OPINION

Absolute disgusting service and after sales response. I ordered a bed they sent the headboard and end panel in a different colour to the side panels and also sent a mattress the wrong size to the bed and are now not willing to change it. Never buy from this company, their homepage is a lie, next day delivery and a 24 hour response to your query. Ebay should look into who they allow on there website .No dodgy companies allowed.PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW AND STEER CLEAR.The matter is now in the hands of my solicitors.

If I could put no stars I would! I advise people to steer clear of this site, their goods are of poor quality to match their customer relation skills!! Disgraceful and rude are an understatement!! I bought an item and they delivered something completely different. When I eventually got a hold of them they tried to say I had what I ordered! After many emails and many pictures I thought I was getting somewhere, only to discover, nope, I'm the liar in this, not them, had to threaten them with legal action, newspapers and judge Rinder before they collected the goods and I got my refund processed!! PLEASE PEOPLE I URGE YOU TOO STEER WELL CLEAR

We ordered two beds 3'6". Two orthopaedic mattress and two headboards. The bases would've been acceptable had we had the pieces to put them together. No joiners and no castors for the other. Even if we had the castors the base has no holes drilled in it!!!! We made a big deal how important it was to have orthopaedic mattress' because I'm waiting for a spinal op of having a rod put in.
We have no fittings to complete putting the headboards on and so susequently our beds split in the middle no headboards and the mattress' had a dip in the middle after one night. We have asked for a refund a nd I rang four days running to try to sort it out with no effect. Lies , deceit, not just poor quality disgusting.
Aftersales??? What service?? I e mailed them they never replied!!
They have disputed the refund with my card supplier and I told them on day two we had problems with the mattress and they were certainly NOT ORTHOPEDIC. So soft my 5kg dog slips into me every night since day three!! We have had them for s little more than a month and both my husband and I are in terrible pain due to the crap quality of the soft soft useless piece of rubbish!! The springs in the mattress spring up and hit you in your body whilst laying there.
The person I spoke to AMJAB WAS "nice until" they'd been delivered then he doesn't want to know! I rang him to try to sort this before Xmas and I heard traffic and wind and an ambulance and he told me that he couldn't talk as he was in a meeting!! Puffing whilst he walks then put the phone down on me and hasn't contacted me since despite me trying!!!!

DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE ITS AWFUL QUALITY AWFUL NON EXISTING AFTERSALES NO CONCIENCE AT ALL.

I visited the HF4you website whilst searching for a double bed, I needed a base that would split and a firm mattress as our hall and stairs are very narrow and will not allow a full size double base through.I used the online chat/advice service and spoke to Charlotte who was most helpful , she sent me links and advice , pointing me to the best options.This was on a Sunday and when I went ahead and placed an order it stated next day delivery , I was skeptical.Next day , Monday , we received a phone call from the delivery service , 15 mins later the bed was with us.It was very well packaged and the mattress excellent in quality, I am so pleased , beats going down the high street , I highly recommend this company to anyone out there ,faultless service and very keenly priced quality products , a very happy customer indeed , Terry G west Sussex

We have been told for two days now that the mattress is being delivered "today". Neither day has it come. The first day the courier phoned me to say 'there was no flat number' on the order and he had already left; I asked him to phone the next day before arrival so I could leave work to come for delivery. This afternoon I took the call, was in the flat within ten minutes, but after waiting 45 minutes, nobody came. I could not get through to the courier despite ringing many times, and in the end left a voicemail to say that I had to return to work. I was unable to get through to anyone at the delivery office, but will be trying to phone them in the morning. Neither time has any note been left to say that someone has come to deliver and I haven't been there.
As you can understand this is a very frustrating situation, especially considering we ordered the mattress almost a week ago.
