The purchase and service experience were great but the product is not as good as I hoped. The rubber foot pad won't stay on so I use the pump without, one of the chrome end caps keeps coming off, and the I have to continuously keep re-tightening the tube because it unscrews itself.

Absolute garbage, I ordered a 600mm hybrid blade for my Vitara and was totally disappointed after fitting it. It made that awful screeching noise as it passed back and forth across my windscreen. I wish I'd bought a genuine blade now and paid the extra.

BAD NEWS AVOID
Purchased some so called hybrid wiper blades for my Range Rover from this company in November 2025 only for one of them to completely destroy itself within 3 months when I contacted the company this is there initial response we don’t sell those wiper blades you must of bought them from somewhere else (really) so I showed my purchase receipt only for them to still deny with the evidence in front of them so I said cool keep the money you people are criminals only for them to turn around and say we’ve sent a short video on how to fit them (really) my response was your not dealing with a fool I’ve been in the motor industry for over forty years do you not think I know how to fit wiper blades and they kept messaging still not taking responsibility for there sub standard goods. (Should of stuck to Bosch a true quality brand) WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Bought some locking wheel nuts. According to their returns policy they can be sent back for a refund within 30 days of ordering if you dont need them (postage at buyers expense which is fair enough). Sent 1 email and also contacted them via their contact form on their website regarding returning them and never got a response.

Seamless ordering process with timely delivery; the product is well-constructed and fairly simple to install. However, the instructions could benefit from more detailed information regarding the positioning of the wiper.

I was really impressed by this company's customer service. Even though they are not geared up for the export market, their team found a solution and the part which I urgently need, is now on it's way to me.

I needed a new set of locking wheel bolts in a hurry when one of the ones already on my car broke when trying to remove it.
Finding the correct ones on Heyners website was easy and at a price that was less than i could source similar products locally!
The ordering process was straightforward and the bolts were sent out same day and arrived in less than 48 hours so my car was back on the road quickly.
Very happy with the quality of the bolts and key supplied and they are far superior to the original ones Peugeot had fitted.
