Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry for the difficulties you experienced while registering on the Heymondo app.
We tried to contact you by phone at the number listed on your policy, but we were unable to reach you. If you let us know a time slot when you are available, we will be happy to call you again to assist you.
Regarding the app error, please be informed that for policies purchased on our Romanian website, registration is done using your CNP (Personal Identification Number) instead of your passport number. After entering it and setting up a password, you will receive an email to finalize the process.
We would like to remind you that our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Bucharest time). However, our emergency assistance team is available 24/7 at the phone number mentioned in your policy or by selecting the "emergency call" option in the app (via WiFi connection).
We remain at your disposal for any other questions.

P.S. I am updating my review. They have contacted me and everything was solved. My initial policy was cancelled and I bought a new policy in English from their international site.

Very dissapointed. They confirmed that the insurance policy will be in English and Romanian. After I paid and received the policy, the main part of the policy, the first pages are only in Romanian and only the last page is in English.

Checkboxes are not responsive - they look selected but they are not - the page keeps scrolling at consent section, even if they are all "green".
Romanian language is not at native level.
Phone input displayed incorrectly (extra zero is added as a prefix, but the country code already has it).
Payment information does not autocomplete on the first try.
