Great products, very easy to install. Quick delivery

I have had nothing but problems with this device. It does not let you connect to the video/sound using a mobile 4G connection, it’s even unreliable on your local WiFi. The proximity PIR equally unreliable. Also, the connectivity to the Google hub is only audio, NOT video. Very disappointing. I’ve installed a Ring doorbell at my parents house with no issues at all. I suppose you get what you pay for.

This is a great mobile device but not clear it is waterproof for outside use. We have been using it to keep track of our pet and alert is when he is back from roaming outside. The ordering and delivery experience was faultless and good packaging.
The app works well with iOS but you will need to keep the display from going into sleep mode if you want to hear the audible alert. You can maybe get other devices like a plug or buzzar to give you other visual or audible warning. It would be nice if such single unit device was available to go with product range. All in all good buy.

The camera is great and far exceeds my expectations. The door sensor however still does not work

I bought eight GU10 spotlights as they had good reviews and were a better price than other main brands, ordered them and they arrived next day! I had a few problems setting all of them up on the same circuit but one quick call to Hey! for some advice and I was up and running.
One of the bulbs turned out to be faulty but one more quick call and they sent a replacement out which arrived the next day.

Recently ordered x2 smart bulbs and home security kit from Hey!

The bulbs I have found to be very good and offer fantastic value for money, I've had cheap and cheerful offerings from Amazon previously and whilst they have done the job I have found these to be much brighter and better quality. Setting them up was very simple and controlling them via the included app is also very easy. I will be purchasing more of these for other rooms in my home.

The home security kit consisted of an external camera and video doorbell. The external cameras is fantastic quality, it's also very easy to set up and mount. It was mounted in my garden within minutes, it has captured many events since setup and the battery still remains at 100% so it must be running off of magic. Bravo!

The video doorbell was also very simple to setup and integrates into the app very well, it came with screws and mounting plate so was again mounted and connected to my home WiFi within minutes. Since mounting this I have had about 3 visitors to my house use it ha, it has however worked flawlessly each time, due to it being Alexa compatible I receive a notification and a verbal announcement from all my devices that someone is at the door as well as being able to see a video (and a saved snapshot) of who it is.

Would highly recommend these products to anyone. Really chuffed with them. Thanks Hey!

Smart doorbell was great value and works well. It's good that you get the option of recording video to an SD card or cloud storage (via subscription). I've not managed to get it connected properly to my Google Nest Home (it won't display video), but works well with the phone app.

The service, exellent, the item wasn't what I wanted so had to send it back, I was refunded right away, no quibble.

I recently ordered the Security Kit, Outside Wireless CCTV and the Wireless Doorbell.
The instructions were very clear and simple and the connection to the WIFI was super painless!
I used the 32GB Micro SD supplied with the CCTV and used it in the Doorbell and purchased a 64GB card for the CCTV.
I charged up both items before installing them and even though that was over 2 weeks ago they are still showing over 80% charge.
Overall I'm extremely happy with the Hey! App and the products, makes the world of difference when the instructions are in plain English for the non Tech Savvy folk out there.

Doorbell camera works well and looks good. External security camera works really well and very clear picture.

Ordered the smart light bulbs.Had a bit of trouble setting up, but that was down to a weak WiFi signal. Once up and working love the Google integration . "Hey Google turn off the lights" great during Netflix and chill 😊.

Ordered the doorbell, very good quality and has a night vision mode automatically when it gets dark enough. Easy to set up and the indoor chime reaches from outside to the attic.

Good product. Happy at this point. Only issue was the first doorbell sent was a returned unit.

The UK's answer to Philips! Hey smart products are just as good as the premium ones and their customer service is incredible. A few software bits which need improvement and things like an outdoor sensor would be great, but I expect it'll be coming and will keep throwing money at this company because it's exactly what I want for my smart home at a reasonable price. Great work, guys.

Great product range, simple to set up, register and the platform is easy to use. Got the smart light pack good value. Highly recommended.

1 down side was the strip lights are silicone coated to be waterproof which is great for use in a kitchen or bathroom but makes it very difficult to bend in certain directions on a flat surface Such as behind a desk. Attempted to use adapters but unless you can get ones for waterproof lights to the right width of tape it will be a difficult task! Gave up and used on top of kitchen cabinets along inner edges.
