After all was completed as far as task once I went to cash out got hit with technical difficulty message, spoke to a rep they said we are working on it will get back to you but guess what, the thread that was open for messaging I can't even send a message logged into the heycash website and all games are gone only surveys available. Can't send another email to customer service now it looks like the closed my account without even telling me nothing and I know I did not do anything to breach terms I've never been on this site till now so it looks like I did the hard work of completing task and spend about 80 so they can steal my money thieves.

Another disgusting fiddling company
Another fiddling company that's more interested in fiddling you out of points than getting good data. I wonder if the companies that pay them thousands to run their surveys know the disgusting tactics they use like 50% of COMPLETED SURVEYS THEY SCREEN YOU OUT AFTER TAKING ALL THE ANSWERS. Someone will answer this saying it's not their fault the advertisers screened you out. That's absolute LIES they have an algorithm that takes a percentage of completed surveys screens you out pays you nothing times it by thousands of people they do this to and they are stealing tens of thousands of pounds dollars and whatever other countries they operate in. Why trading standards don't investigate these disgraceful fiddling companies i don't know

Withdrawal & Tracking Error
1. When I tried claiming the rewards, it said "technical error, please contact support", but I contacted them 3 times already, there hasn't been any response, I haven't seen even an auto email response.
2. I tried completing the offers but when I downloaded the offer, it did not track at all.
So disappointed in this.
