I have never felt more outright harassed by a company.
Like, seriously, you CANNOT unsubcribe from their annoying emails.. years after having done business they are still, to this day, annoying the crap out of me.
AVOID. They are way too aggressive in their spamming tactics.

Nothing beats meeting a super caring developer who provides us with most professional guidance while putting the customers first. I promise that there is no comparison to what Sumbit has accomplished in delivering the incredible data works and wonderful result!!

Really quick and effective, I asked for about about fixing my Shopify store with an external theme in in less than 48h I got the quote and the job done 100% correctly. Very professional

I recently contacted this service for a project and had an interesting experience. While they were quick to reply and provide a quotation, what followed was quite surprising.

The quotation estimated the job would take 8 hours, but they provided two options that left me bewildered.

The first option, "Standard Turnaround (1 hour/day)," implied that an 8-hour job would be stretched over 8 days, with the developer working only 1 hour per day.

This approach is utterly impractical. Splitting time between multiple projects each day can lead to fragmented and unfocused work. Code requires concentration and continuity, and such a method suggests they treat clients like cash cows, taking the money while juggling several tasks simultaneously.

The second option still flawed, offering 2 hours per day at a higher cost obviously. This experience made me question their professionalism and dedication to providing quality service and how much they really carried about what they are doing.

The price for both options was also VERY high for what they had to do. (I've since hired another developer, from elsewhere, who was able to finish the job in one and a half days and cost me five times less!)

Overall, I cannot recommend this service. Coding is not a task to be treated lightly, and the approach suggested by this company fails to meet the necessary standards for effective and focused work.

The Hey Carson team recently implemented the Shopify Pay Installment feature on our product and checkout pages, and I can't say enough good things about my experience

I was referred to HeyCarson from Out of the Sandbox to have them update my FLEX theme from v2.2.1 to V5.01. I was promised a quote for the work in 1-3 business days. I cancelled the request after waiting for 5 days and they had not even logged in to take a look at my request. I don't work with developers that don't honor their promises -- if they can't even get a quote to me, I have no confidence in their ability or willingness to do the work within the time specified. Moving on.

I had HeyCarson help with adding available inventory counts to my product pages on my Shopify website. That part was fine. However, later on, I realized that for products that don't have tracked inventory (like gift cards), it says "0 Available" on the product pages. This is confusing my customers. I reached out to HeyCarson for them to fix this issue and they want to charge me another hourly fee for them to fix this. This shouldn't have been an issue to begin with so why do I have to pay them again? This is not ok.

Shopify referred me to HeyCarson to rectify a glitch with my shop pay installment product page banners. They had me all fixed up quickly and made the process easy :) Prompt and amazing service. Thank you!!

I paid for 10 hours for their express service. There was nothing express about it. Extremely slow service. After one month of a simple update, they were weeks past due for their due date. I expressed my frustrations. And then they deleted my project and didn't even refund me 100%. Horrible service from Heycarson... They wasted one month of my time and they only have an uncompleted project to show for this. Heycarson, if you are reading this, please refund me 100% and I will take down this review.

Slow developer, bad support.

Our developer needed in total 12 working days for 3 changes (6 working days for 3 changes, which were buggy and not usable and another 3 working days to fix them)

The support offered 80% refund to us and they want to keep 20% for nothing.

After 3 years of heycarson experience this is the worst I ever had and it's time for me to leave this agency soon!

Responded to initial request in a very timely manner. Explained well the project timing. Delivered project on time and informed me the project was completed. Great communication!
