Fuel card was not delivered

I have ordered the car in October 2022, the delivery was delayed by 2 weeks. I was promised a 500 Euro fuel card at the time of purchase. I followed up multiple times and every time I used to get some vague explanation from customer care guys. After few months they stopped answering calls and emails and now they went silent. Don't make false promises with the customer if you can't keep up at the time of sale, never again with Hey car.

travel card

I bought a car in November 2022 and at that time, Heycar had a promotion that gave a travel card which has 250 EUR and they said around 2 weeks I would receive it. However, until now, after 6 months, I still did not receive anything. I feel that I was tricked.
