Same as every other review ordered large squishmallow for a Christmas present and never turned up in time … had a card through the door in January saying it had tried to be delivered … I got excited and was relieved that I hadn’t been scammed … but to my horror when it finally arrive it was a small black cat head which I didn’t order, seams were all ripped and blatantly not a squishmallow or anything to resemble one … I could of picked one of those up from the pound shop! … could not get in touch with them … absolute scam!

I ordered extra large squishmallows for my grandchildren for christmas. It arrived only now! and on top of that they are so small! I want a full refund. Tried to email them but the same as others it kicked back being undeliverable. I could have easily bought this size from any store. So sad that they choose to cheat people and be deceitful.

Complete farce! Bought a large squishmallow for £31, the one that arrived isn't even an official squishmallow and it's a lot smaller than advertised. I can't get hold of these guys by phone and emails just bounce back. I am soooo angry, I want to return this and get a full refund but am up against a brick wall. I seen another review on here with similar circumstances to mine, how many others are out there! How can I get hold of these cowboys!!!!

Feel like i have been ripped off. Paid £31 for a Jumbo squish.Got sent a small one which had marks on it to the point where i felt embarrassed to give it as a gift. Tried to contact them by email and it bounced back so tried through the online contact form to which i have never received a response. Would definitely never use this company again.
