Their aftersales support is actually active

I purchased gemini pro one year subscription at the end of December 2025. It was cancelled somehow on April prematurely in just about 3 months. They looked into the issues and started working on a fix after reaching out, the next day.

Scammers

They sold me " Family plan", and that was actually shared plan with some stranger. They asked me to be added to a stranger's family. When I said this not what " Family plan" is, they said I'm arrogant and said won't refund my money. On their words, I should keep "crying". They also said, they'll cancel the invitation and won't refund. Please avoid them. They are cheaters, very unprofessional.
