The camera did not work
The camera did not work. You first sent me an email with instructions to follow a YouTube video to make it work. It still did not.
You then sent an email stating that I had been sent the wrong camera and you would send the correct one. You did not. You then sent the first email again telling me to watch YouTube. I have asked for a full refund. Nothing. Then you asked me to review the product which I cannot as it has never worked. Your customer service is terrible, your camera is rubbish and the instructions have been translated so badly they are impossible to follow. Please send my full refund.

This company take your money and then you receive nothing. There is no phone number to contact them on and all you will receive from them are platitudes to try to delay you making a charge back. Avoid at all costs. I ordered in November and received nothing. Asked for a refund and didn't get a response. Made a charge back.

Ordered a mini projector in November for a Christmas present. They happily took my money but have never sent me what I paid for. All I get is a copy and paste message supposedly from USA telling me how they check every item before sending it and they are unusually busy. At first they emailed to say the order had been shipped and then it hadn't. They have been reported for fraud and I am trying to get my money back. Avoid this company - 'Proper Projector my bavkside. ‘Proper pile of poo’ more like.

Ordered mini projector and cable in November for a Christmas present. They happily took my money but have never sent me what I paid for. At first they emailed to say the order had been shipped and then it hadn't. Could not even tell me the status of the order or reply specifically to my email. Even the threat of reporting them for fraud has not initiated a response. Avoid this company and it's other pretend company 'Proper Projector'.

Same as the other reviews. Product received was not as described, I asked for a refund, after a few unanswered emails I got a response apologising and asking me to return them and a refund would be processed. I returned them and they acknowledged receipt and say they have processed the refund but to date I have not received any money back in my account. The refund was apparently processed at the beginning of November, and it is now the end of December. They answer emails sporadically with a combination of useless information, excuses and/or ignoring my questions entirely.

I ordered back in Sept and received my order reasonable swiftly however thats where the good news ended. I followed instructions regarding set up and App installation but despite powering up/down and around - they never connected. Wasted more than a couple of nights messing with it.
I contacted their "Customer Service"and was surprised to get a reply from a "Harry" from their CS Team with some extra instructions (which didn't work -and I work in IT!) saying if I still wasn't happy I could return for a full refund. I did so in mid October. I tracked the package and have record of it being received.
To date, I have not received any refund and they have not contacted me despite me emailing them.

As per other purchasers the incorrect product was dispatched.
Hicam H6 DV Mini was received.
No reply to email or messages sent via their website (for over 3 weeks now)
Have initiated chargeback process via my bank.
I would prefer to have received the originally advertised item than waste my time filling in paperwork to get my money back.

Poor service!
Received my camera 3 weeks after ordering it and find out it’s the wrong one so email hexocam and they said keep the one I have been sent and the will send the correct cam. 5 weeks later they have not got back to me on a update!! Poor!!
