I’m excited to use my telescope

Although it took a few attempts and a little bit to set up, i’m very happy with the overlay package i downloaded. It’s amazing and so far i’ve seen that everything works. The website is very easy to navigate and use, and the download is simple (probably would’ve helped if i followed the tutorial to download it) but overall i would definitely use Hexeum again for my next overlay.

I am very satisfied with the overlays and widgets, with the exception of the chatbox. It seems the custom code is broken, as chat will run off the edge without text wrapping, and it seems the entire image isn't shown as well. I have followed the documentation of resizing the source window, to no avail.

To confirm, I am using streamlabs obs.

The starter free items were of good quality, for immediate use, not watered down versions to make you upgrade to paid versions right away. This will make it easier to try to get paid for streaming, than making you have to pay to be able to start streaming and then hope you can get back the money you put into it.

Since every assets are not always separated from one another I feel like you have to arrange the elements like they want you to do and not like you would like to. For example the intermission screen has the game/film/etc border and the background in the same file, it means that if you want to put this border in another area you can't. You buy it to use it like you want to, in reality you have to use it like they planned you to use it.

Edit to answer: I could use the webcam file but I can't since there is an element above the cam border, I can't remove this element and Hexeum refused to remove it.

Very simple transaction and smooth process with no hangups. Quality is excellent and you get exactly what you pay for. The hyperlinks within the read-me made the setup brainlessly simple and i'm incredibly grateful for that - as i'm terrible with technology.

I absolutely love the pack! It fits my brand very well and it’s exactly what I needed for an update. Just a bit disappointed that the description mentions an animated background - my understanding was this was meant to be the coral background with nothing on top of it - and was not a part of the pack. Chuffed it up to my own misunderstanding, because other than that I adore the pack.

They struggle with communication. I placed an order for custom logo design and overlays, and when I received the draft, it was no where near what was requested. I was critical of the draft but even supplied my own draft in return to help clarify my want.
They then cancel the order with no explanation and do not respond until I post a review. Very unprofessional company and appears to be run by emotions.

Thank you for verifying what I said. Especially considering that I never once said anything bad about anyone at Hexeum or Hexeum themselves. I only critisized the poor attempt of a draft which paid no attention to supplied scope.
Plus since having to dea with Hexeum, I have now commissioned professional artists at a much higher price who actually listen to the design scope. All I can say is that it was a good lesson for me in "you get what you pay for" :)

Got alot of help and I'm very happy with the overlay!

This was my first time downloading and using a setup for streaming. The process was super easy and my stream now looks so cute! Will definitely be using more layouts from Hexeum when I want to change it up! If you’re a first time streamer and are looking to do some simple upgrades, definitely use these. Instructions were clear and easy to understand.

The overall appearance, transitions and functionality are amazing. However trying to share things like my internet browser on my streams main page, after I minimized the game and maximized the browser (had it set to capture fullscreen) proved uneventful. The option to copy settings failed, the option to select monitor also failed as it didn't list monitors. While it comes across as very intuitive, it's not. If you keep it very basic, it's amazimg. Also trying to keep the top bar which is beautifully done, you can't get rid of the donations portion on the left. I only show donations when someone makes a donation via a pop up animation. I dont like to come across as money or subscriber hungry and this layover sady is geared very much toward that. Going to keep playing with settings and see if I can get it looking good. I have a big children's hospital donation coming up in November and I'd like to use it. Sadly I can't find a squad type function. I'm able to use screen capture and pull from any video chat software, just need the windows.

Simple and easy to import into Stream Elements. Sci-fi alert sounds need to be changed out, and an offline screen template would have been appreciated. Could not be happier with the stinger transition!
