Scammed as well

Scammed as well. Ordered the unicorn cup in late November 2017. Exchanged numerous emails with "Nicole" from customer service, who said the package was on its way. Never received. I just filed a payment dispute with my credit card company, and they refunded me immediately.

Got fooled like so many others via Instagram ad. Bought 2 maps in november, had a on going mail correspondence about the delay of it. Now 2 months later I get a mail back bouncing from the site. The website is gone. Feeling pretty stupid. Trying to contact bank.

Found hexcollections.com domain info with a phone and bit info on the owner to be set in London, UK but its just a postbox.

This is scam

Hi,
I ordered from them December 12th, and contacted support in beginning of January. They confirmed that the item was on its way to Norway.

However, I haven't received anything, and when I try to contact support on mail, I only receive error message in return. Their webpage is also down.

I guess this is scam, and I have notified American Express, which hopefully would refund the money back to me. And they have of course blocked my credit card, so that this scam company are not able to scam me even more.

Kind regards from Norway.

Fake company

I ordered from them the Hex travel map back in October 2017, it is now January 2018, still have not received it. The website and previous contacts are no longer accessible. The value was £29.99. Seriously you could get the same thing from amazon for $20.

I've ordered some Christmas gifts in November and It's not delivered until now. Their emails, social media and website are blocked, completely disappeared! I'm feeling fooled and stolen. I don't know what to do! Ask to the bank cancel the payment? I don't know if is on time to do that, so late I guess.

I placed an order almost four months ago and have still not received my item. I have chased those up every week, had replies from hex but still nothing delivered.

I have asked for a refund but received nothing.

They sent a tracking number but the product has been showing in Italy since 30th December.

Joke company, I have lost money. They are not valid, so do not waste your money.

Hex collections scam

Ordered world map in November through Instagram. Sent a complaint email end of December that I didn't get anything. They told me it was at customs in Norway and should arrive soon. Today I still didn't receive my order. Tried to email them but the mail bounces. Also their website was taken offline... Can we do something about this?
