This product is NOT designed for cats

This product is NOT designed for cats! (And, doesn't work for dogs) It is a scam. It doesn't grind for crap, vibrates like hell, and believe me, your pet will hear it from the back room! The worst part is the "shield" that creates a gap between a rough, spinning wheel and the fixed, stationary "tool". It grabs claws and doesn't let go. If you value your pet, you will avoid this like the plague. Notice the AI "response"–they are obviously NOT concerned about their customers, pets, or anything but turning a warehouse full of defective crap into money. DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS!

Excellent Customer Service

I spoke to Gliedyl on the phone today. She was so helpful concerning my order. I was confused on how to track it and I had some issues and she helped me tremendously!

Buddy and I love the Heusom Toenail Grinder

My dog Buddy was very afraid to have his toenails trimmed. He shook and tried to hide, and because he was so stressed by the process, I didn't want to do it. I bought the Heusom toenail grinder and tried it. At first, he shook, but by the end he was calm and restful. Now we both don't mind trimming his toenails. I truly recommend this product. I just wish I would have gotten it sooner!

When my order didn't arrive as expected…

When my order didn't arrive as expected (and the tracking number said delivery had expired, I reached out to them and asked for a refund as I a bit concerned about this business. They replied immediately, apologized, and said they would get another order sent out right away. They even provided extra drill bits free of charge which really indicated to me they cared about me as a customer.
