I had a bad address somehow in my Apple…

I had a bad address somehow in my Apple Pay account. Customer Service at Heusom is exceptional and I highly recommend this company. There were proactive about getting the tool to my correct address. I am so impressed with how everything was handled by their CS folks.

Efficient, smooth, and very quiet filing.

First of all, the unit is small and easy to handle and quiet. Our dog is really effected by noise she doesn't tremble at all while your nails are being quietly filed by the Heusom rotary file. It's great and files very effectively and smoothly. Thank you.

When I contacted them to help me get my cat accustomed to the groomer they replied in short order with helpful advice and ideas. They always communicated in a timely manner answering my questions and concerns. I would honestly say they put the service back in customer service which is hard to come by these days. Responsiveness when unit not received

I reached out to them after I hadn't received my pet grinder in 3 weeks. They sent a replacement & I received it within days. They were easy to work with & very responsive.

Best groomer I have ever used

Best groomer I have ever used. It was quiet and I was able to groom my small dogs with having to fight to get their nails trimmed.

I was so impressed with what was…

I was so impressed with what was promised from Heusom “silent” nail grinder. It is no quieter than a £5 one from Temu and I was disappointed . The company is based in USA so the return would be around £25/£30. But customer service offered me a 50% discount which was very helpful but I feel it would have been better not to buy in the first place.

I am so impressed with the customer…

I am so impressed with the customer service received with the purchase of a nail grinder. The charge cable was loose and within an hour of my email to Heusom, I received a response and solution to the issue. We are waiting for the replacement item which is being sent free of charge. Gliedyl was wonderful! She listened to what I had to say and made sure I understood everything I needed to know. She handled what I saw as an oversight and very professionally took care of it. Superior customer service

Heusom customer service was very quick to respond and has been very helpful in resolving my issue with the tracking and product delivery. They were able to find out that my product somehow was lost and they got me a new one shipped out expedited and have sent me all the tracking information that I need to to make sure that it's coming and I really appreciate their help.
