Webshop verkoopt namaak merkartikelen (wielersport) die rechtstreeks uit China geleverd worden. Merk blijkt namaak te zijn, twee artikelen van dezelfde maat vallen compleet anders uit. Wanneer je artikelen retour wilt zenden krijg je vouchers en daarna kortingen aangeboden om producten te behouden, onder het mom dat je als kopende partij anders veel verzendkosten moet betalen voor retourzending.
