We're a digital marketing agency based in Toronto, running SEO for about 25 clients across Canada - mix of local service businesses, a few national ecommerce brands, and some B2B tech companies. Link building has always been our weakest offering because the vendors we tried either couldn't scale or delivered inconsistent quality. Started using Hetneo 8 months ago after our account manager saw a demo of the living links dashboard at a conference. Game changer for us. We can actually show clients their active backlinks in real-time instead of sending spreadsheets that are outdated the moment we hit send. Had a client rebrand from 'Ontario Home Renovations' to 'OHR Design Build' - updated 12 anchors in one sitting. Try doing that with any other provider. The fact that metrics are transparent and verifiable means we're not nervously hoping links are still live before client calls anymore. Already referred two other agencies. Keep doing what you're doing.

Full transparency: I was mass DM'd by Hetneo on BMW and almost ignored it. Glad I didn't. I run a SaaS startup and we were getting crushed by competitors with bigger marketing budgets. Started with a small test order - 5 guest posts to see if the quality was real. All placed on legit sites with actual traffic (I checked in Ahrefs). Scaled up to 15 links over 3 months and our main product page went from position 34 to position 8. The dashboard showing real-time link status is something I didn't know I needed until I had it. My previous vendor's links would randomly disappear and I'd only find out months later when rankings dropped. Never going back.

I manage SEO for a mid-size law firm and link building has always been a nightmare in this niche. Every vendor promises 'legal niche sites' and delivers garbage. Hetneo was upfront that legal-specific inventory is limited but suggested a strategy mixing legal blogs with high-authority business and finance sites. Wasn't what I expected but it worked - our personal injury pages started climbing within 2 months. What really won me over was when I needed to update anchor text after we hired a new partner and changed our practice area focus. No other service I've used could do that. Support actually understands SEO which is rare. Renewed for another year.

The living links feature is why I signed up and it works great. Most of the time. Tried updating an anchor last week and got an error. Tried again the next day and it worked fine. Happened once before too. Not a dealbreaker but a bit annoying when you're trying to make quick campaign changes. Support said it was a temporary issue so hopefully sorted now.

Love the guest post quality and the living links feature is brilliant. One frustration though - I wanted to include two links in my guest post (one to my money page, one to a supporting article) and was told it's one link only. Understand there's probably a reason but it limits my internal linking strategy. Still recommend.

Been using Hetneo for 6 months now, really happy overall. Lost a homepage link last month because I forgot to renew - totally my fault but would've been nice to get a reminder email before it expired. The link was working great so bit gutted I let it lapse. Maybe add auto-renewal or at least a heads up?

Reliable and professional. Used them for 3 campaigns now and quality has been consistent each time. Dashboard notifications keep me updated which I appreciate. Minor gripe: bulk ordering could be smoother.

Reporting is basic. I end up having to repackage everything for client reports anyway. A white-label export option would make this service perfect for agencies.

Needed a PDF invoice for my client's accounting and it took a back-and -forth emails to get it in the right format. The actual link building was fine but the admin side needs work.

Good value for money and the living links USP is real. Only suggestion: more educational content about how to use the dashboard effectively. Had to learn by trial and error.

Mixed feelings. The links themselves are good and I've seen ranking improvements. But I wanted more control over where exactly my anchor appeared in the article. Felt a bit like take-it-or-leave-it. Next time I will use the content upload feature instead of having the Hetneo team write it for me.

Great links but I wish I could schedule placements in advance for campaign planning. Right now it's just 'order and wait' which makes coordinating with other marketing activities harder.

The living links feature is genuinely innovative - updated anchor text months after placement which saved a campaign. Docking one star because the pricing page was confusing at first. Otherwise great.

The links work and the living links thing is cool. But I couldn't verify some of the traffic metrics independently and that made me nervous. Would feel better with more third-party validation.

Fast support, quality links, fair prices. Had to follow up once on a placement that was taking longer than expected but they sorted it quickly. Would recommend to other agencies.

I can actually see the links are still live. The living links thing saved us when we rebranded from 'GreenPaws' to 'Kind Pet Co' - updated all our anchors in one afternoon. Finally feel like I'm working with people who actually care about results, not just taking money and disappearing.

It's fine. Links are decent quality and do what the're supposed to. Nothing blew me away but nothing went wrong either. Turnaround is fast, but ranking improvements are slow.

Good experience. Ordered 8 links, got exactly what was promised. Only reason for 4 stars is I wish there were more sites in the SaaS/tech niche. Had to go broader than I wanted for a couple placements.

I specifically asked for finance niche sites and didn't get as many as I hoped. It was a mix of finance and mostly general business blogs. Quality was okay, the finance ones were powerful, but hoped for a little more there. Just be sure to check with them first before ordering .

Links are good quality and the dashboard is useful once you figure it out. Took me a bit to understand the filtering options but support helped. Would be 5 stars with a better onboarding guide.
