Massive scam. Do not trust them.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO HESTABIT. I wish I could find the words to explain my devastation. We paid a massive amount upfront for a website that was supposed to be custom built from scratch over 4 months. It took 15 months and we have been left with a website that is a complete mess within the code. Professionals have looked into our website and told us it is basically unusable with many inconsistencies and we will have to pay to have it remade.
I don’t know how Hestabit have any good reviews. They have really taken advantage of us and gave us poor service from the beginning and throughout our project. Some days they were hours late to our meetings and most days I had to message them for updates because they wouldn’t provide any otherwise. It took them two weeks at a time just to fix some minor issues. It’s no wonder they were 11 months overdue.
The manager of our project was always extremely patronising and because of their complete disregard for us and our project, I have now lost all of my partners, team members and any hope of getting the business off the ground.
Don’t waste your time or money. I have and will have to pay the price now.
