On the early morning of February 5, 2026, as my trial period on the Black Desert Online EU server had ended, I wanted to purchase Acoin via Hesap.com.tr to buy the full game. The website stated that the product was 'global.' To be absolutely sure, I contacted live support and specifically asked if it was valid for the EU server, and I received a clear 'yes.' Consequently, I purchased Acoin in an amount slightly exceeding what was needed to buy the game.
I completed the transaction around 04:30 (Turkey Time) on the same day, paying a total of 1,300.39 TL including commission via my virtual credit card (the product cost was 1,262.76 TL). My order number is 8004365. After receiving the codes, I attempted to use them on my Black Desert Online EU account, but they did not work. I later realized that, despite Hesap.com.tr staff assuring me they were valid for Global and EU use, they had sold me Acoin for the Turkey (MENA) server, which is only valid for players residing in Turkey. As a result, I was left with 11,000 Acoin for a server I have never played on.
When I contacted customer service again regarding this issue, instead of resolving the problem, they directed me to use the codes on the Turkey server. The moment I tested the codes, they were automatically marked as used/redeemed, leaving me without any usable product for the EU server. Furthermore, the review I submitted on Hesap.com.tr describing this experience was not published.
I made this purchase with the explicit intention of using it on the EU server, based on the 'approved' confirmation from live support. Due to this misleading guidance and incorrect information, I have paid for a product I cannot use. Therefore, I request a full refund of the 1,300.39 TL payment for order number 8004365.
