This is a total scam company. Ordered 1 lung spray to see if it worked and they put me on subscription. E mailed 4 times and it came back undeliverable.. Changed my card with my bank but again i have had my account debited. Now with the fraud squad. Avoid at all costs
Total scam had to report to my bank as trying to take monthly payments AVOID
TOTAL SCAM
Would have preferred a 0 star! Absolutely AVOID! Agree with all the previous reviews especially the first one. Had EXACTLY the same experience. My sister had ordered 4 of the Googear product for £16 but I went for Hervitalyears for £35 inc postage. I got one product exactly the same as my sister's even though I ordered direct from the Hervitalyears website! So angry. Total scam! 🤬
Not even one star .Total SCAM 🤬🤬🤬 I have asked countless times for information how to send this item back and get a refund but have heard nothing . It is a complete scam , as the previous 2 reviews have said . It comes from China and only contains one of the ingredients listed (peppermint )and is called googear . Is there anyway of claiming our money back ? Total SCAM 🤬🤬🤬
AVOID -TOTAL SCAM, product comes from China and does NOT contain what they say, contains ingredients known to exacerbate congestion! It is called GOOGEAR and isn't even the same label as shown on their website which is obviously fictitious. Also, they do not answer any emails, most of which bounce back.
SCAM SCAM SCAM.
I recently purchased your Lung Cleansing Spray. Before buying, I checked the product page on their website, which states that the spray is “made with eucalyptus, peppermint & liquorice root.” Based on that description, I expected those natural botanical ingredients to be in the product.
The item I received was Googeer Lung Cleansing spray and the ingredients listed on the packaging are : Purified water, peppermint extract, ethanol, sorbitol and erythritol
Eucalyptus and liquorice root — two ingredients explicitly mentioned on the website — do not appear on the actual product label.
The product sent includes ingredients (e.g., ethanol, sugar alcohols like sorbitol and erythritol) that are not referenced anywhere in the website description.
I purchased based on the understanding that the spray would contain specific herbal botanicals.
The actual formula is substantially different.
I have tried to contact them using their contact page on the website and as yet have not had any response. I tried sending an email to their support email address on their website but it came back as underliverable.
