Bought a dress 1st of February: Subtotal $237 the dress, Shipping $50, Duties $34 , Taxes $68.
Since then it did not arrive. But I received 15 DHL e-mails, I filled several forms and I was asked to pay in cash about 180 USD by DHL. All this because of your logistics and invoice. Shame on you. Shame on me if I insist doing this another time. DHL - just a spammer. Herve? False documents, no customs payed, no VAT payed. But retained from EU customer. Order HL_52256.
