This is a scam! They took weeks to ship it, and when I received the wallet it did not fit a standard ID card. When I requested a refund, they said that all items are final sale despite the website stating otherwise. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

This company is NOT legitimate! Their product does NOT work for any drivers licenses and they don’t respond when I try to try return, as instructed in their return policy. I tried to leave review and the link is not functional. Now I am considering restricting my credit reports, because they have my credit card info.

The id holder was not properly made, you put the license in and the face did not aline
Contacted SEVERAL times and only got a couple responses and no follow up and ignored emails., beware of this company
They are scammers.

Wallet did not go over the eyes like advertised (I tried different IDs with other people to see if it was just mine.)I’ve reached out and haven’t heard back from them yet. They were gifts but they are not cool if the IDs don’t fit properly.

They are not what was expected, the colors are different, Size is so 'tight' that you can barely get an id in the so called wallet. It is useless, who is going to want to carry two wallets, as you can only get an id in these so you need another wallet for your debit card etc. Then I tried to return them and once I jumped through all their hoops (sending pictures) I never could get a response.

Wow. I thought my order that didn’t work, i.e. the wallet didn’t hold my drivers license since as I expected, might’ve been a fluke. I thought maybe the state I live in didn’t have the same orientation and maybe mine just didn’t work.

Turns out that at least 60 other people I’ve had the same issues I have. Also, the company does not reply to return requests, so I’m probably stuck with the cheap and crappy sized parts that I ordered got.

I  I ordered one because I saw it on YouTube Short, and I thought wow that’s really cool! So I ordered it, paid the money for it, decided to purchase the second one because of the great deal that they tried to upsell me on, and then waited for them to arrive. It took a lot longer to arrive than I expected since they were only in Las Vegas. Turns out the package that I received was actually from China.

in addition to it coming from China, instead of from the states, like I expected, it did not come with the gift boxes they said, rather it came with a burlap bag of some sorts, with some strings to close it. The bag was no big deal , and I’m gonna say I didn’t care came from China because I still thought it was cool.

Here’s where it became bad – the actual company that makes the ones that Work is HEROSID on Etsy. This company decided to rip off the design and have them drop ship from China, and make a whole bunch of money off of us that didn’t know any better.

I reached out to him, but I haven’t heard back about any sort of refund, so I’m gonna start charge back on my credit card.

If you want ones that work, go to Etsy and order from HEROSID and get a better quality walls that actually fits your I'd, and has slots for others, too.

Definitely a scam. First, it’s not an actual wallet, it’s a simple flimsy card insert that does not line up. They claim to send a gift “box” but instead send a drawstring bag. They definitely don’t meet the 3-5 day shipping they claim as the product is shipped from overseas. Way way way overpriced for a cheap unusable item.

I paid for three wallets. Tracking showed that it was delayed, then cancelled.
Despite multiple emails with proof of payment, I get no reply from the company.
Save your money! Don’t order from this company!!

💯 a scam. They claim to be located in Las Vegas NV, but all their items and communications come from China. I ordered my husband a batman WALLET (as shown in their Facebook ads, as a full sized wallet, not a chintzy scrap of stamped leather) for Xmas. Not only was it over a month late arriving, but I discovered I had over paid for a $2 slip of faux leather. I wrote multiple times after Jan 10, asking for a return label in order to return this terrible item. I kept getting multiple messages from "Lauren" saying it will be escalated to a supervisor and resolved soon. It has been almost four months since then. 3 days ago I wrote to inform them I would be reporting this company for fraud, contacting the BBB, and initiating a charge back through my credit cards fraud department. I received my money back within 4-5 hours. So if you want your money back, don't be polite or try to do the "right" thing. This company is 💯 a scam, so immediately tell them you are reporting them for fraud and then do so.

Doesn't fit my ID. Customer service does not reply for 3 months. Refund not yet foreseen.

License did not match the wallet so I requested to return per the policy. I finally got a response after two months it was taking longer than expected to review. Two months later not response. A total scam!! Do not buy from this company!!!!!!!

Trash product. Doesn’t fit, shows up looking nothing like the product advertised. Can’t even get them to respond to an email.

The product does not fit all DL's. I notified the company and got a vague response. So my advise is DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The product is NOT worth the money and they have ZERO customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

They sent something that did not fit.
They failed to send the Keychain.
They promised to get back to me regarding the above but they never did.
I attempted to return within their short time frames but they intentionally made it so that I could not. And my bank refuses to refund as well.

First, and this is my bad, I bought this for 2 people under 21 years old. So it would never work for them since their license (in my state) is vertical instead of horizontal. I totally forgot that. Even at that, neither fit my horizontal license at all. Definitely crap. Sounds like it wouldn’t have mattered if I’d been in the 30 day window for return but I didn’t even try because they were gifts and I was outside the time frame. Also, they send an email to give a review but I can’t seem to find a way to do that at their website.

Zero stars. This is a scam. Ordered in November for Xmas gifts… no arrival, won’t respond to emails, no refund. It’s March 9th still NOTHING. They asked for order number then never replied, escalated through PayPal and they asked for order no again. Never bothered to respond.
Stay away from this terrible BS company!!! I will be telling anyone and everyone they are crap.

I ordered and paid expedited shipping but did not receive my order nor did they respond to my emails. The tracker doesn't show after Feb 24th and it's now March 6th. Scamming people's money smh

I ordered 11/27/24 and have never received my product as of 3/1/25. They don't respond to my requests for refund.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I tried to order one and accidentally ordered another one. I tried to cancel it because it says you can on their website. When I emailed them, it took them forever to respond and said they couldn't. Now, the product is horrible, and I've tried to return it. I emailed them 2 weeks ago and no response. I emailed them again, and I didn't get a response. Don't buy from this place they scam you.

I would give it 0 stars if possible. I ordered a wallet for my boyfriend last month and I still haven't received anything. I emailed the company asking for a refund. A week later and I still haven't gotten a response so I just sent another email
