I cancelled the subscription the morning of the day it was supossed to renew and it didnt grab any money from my account at that time and i also didnt see in the app that i was renewed so i cancelled it but after a few hours they took the money out of my bank account and when i wrote to the support they didnt understand what i mean and just let it fly
I have never signed up to herohero and they kept charging me 6 € every month. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one to stop them.
I used to have an account on Toldo podcast, which was bought by herohero. I cancelled subscription for Toldo, but i was still charged every month from herohero. I checked all my accounts, google play, apple app store, everything, and i didn’t have any active subscription. For some reason, i was still getting newsletter from the Toldo podcast, which contained my apple ID. So i contacted herohero asking them to stop charging me and to return my money, since i have never subscribed to herohero. I gave them my apple ID and everything potentially needed. They never responded. I called my bank and they told me the only solution was to cancel my debit card. So i did that. Stay away from herohero.
These guys are selling sexual content of minors and ignore all the e-mails asking to take them down. I will be calling police to report these creeps.
