How do you say promoting hero FX? They’re all getting paid for it so hero FX can make their money back and scam all of these innocence treaters and get all of your retail traders money so don’t fall for any of 4X gurus on YouTube selling courses all of these promotional money

very bad broker. the entire MT5 froze and i could not close any open trades. they told me they could close it for me but didnt mention that they will close it at the time requested! I was up 90 pips and they closed it at 5 pips the next day when I looked at my account. It happened again the next day but thankfully I closed my trade before it could get stuck again. Never using this broker again. Their comissions are extremely expensive as well on the bonus account. The mobile app is very terrible.

if you see a 5 star review, its a fake. their serves don't run, you can't be sure of your trades either. please stay away

they sent my withdrawal to a different wallet and now I lost my money..

They made a new update and all my money, POOFFF nowhere to be found, these guys are f***ng scammers, STAY AWAY

Withdraw fees is outrageous, this is criminal. Horrible platform lamboraul and the others get paid to scam the rest of us. Stay away from this broker.

When I tried to witchy my funds they continually kept asking me to verify my account and then denied my verification. These people are scammers! Go regulated! LamboRaul gets paid to promote these scammers so don’t be fooled!

They delibaretely have the Mt5 platform lose connection with the server so they can slip your trades. From 9:15am EST all the way to 11:55am EST...I multiple accounts with them and run the same trades most of the time and saw a huge discrepency. Also I think they B-Book trades, withdrawls take long, they are approved hours before they hit the block-chain. Little to no slippage is good, per avarage trade but ovbious indicator of B-Book scam. Seems like they are just cycling money around from losing clients to winning clients. And refuse to pay when taking a profit and withdrawl. Also website says 4% withdraw fee but end up recieving alot less which means they take alot more. Swaps kill swing trades on indicies here in the long positions.

Herofx is very outstanding, I transferred money from another brokerage to Herofx and waited for hours before the funds hit my wallet. I notified customer support after a significant delay only to realized the address sent to expires 2hrs after its generated. However, customer support tracked my transaction and deposited the funds on my account in less thank 24hrs yet they promised 24-48hrs. This is very efficient. Even during the downtime they experienced during the week, I'm certain most customers got their withdrawals approved and deposits too. I love their service and type of accounts offered. Will keep trading on the platform. Splendid indeed.

Every aspect about this platform is untrustworthy, support closed my ticket within 1hour due to inactivity ? Disgusting withdrawal fees (If you are lucky and will leave you withdraw your founds without any problems)

I was trying to set up a friend using my Expert Advisor and I was having an issue setting it up due to my error. Support was able to assist me that allowed me to catch my mistake. They were very responsive and patient with me as I was asking the wrong questions and finally got to the bottom of it. I have been using them for over a year and have only had great experiences both with the platform and support.

Herofx is the best broker. They have fast withdraws literally and also I turned 100$ to 500$ and there isn't any issue with the withdraw.

Hero has been the best broker I've tried yet. They have the fastest withdraws I've had with any broker and they even helped me recuperate funds I accidentally sent to the wrong wallet !

Bruh, the only reason I tried herofx is because Lamboraul and Datsluis use it. Now I realize they must have a partnership or some kind of deal going on because this broker is very untrustworthy. I initially sent funds to my wallet and they said it was not on the blockchain. Then they said itll be $30 to retrieve the funds. How would you get them back if there not anywhere? Thats the first thing. After i got my funds and paid the money I was allowed to trade a couple times. Then one day my account was locked until I verified my info. I was not allowed to trade, transfer, deposit, withdrawal or nothing. They used a sus azz verification system. They needed a selfie of me and they wanted a bank statement like bruh wth. Researched the company who does verification and happen to work out of Russia/Ukraine. I do not recommend this broker, very sus.

I heard about HeroFX from a very well known trader and took the chance to join. I find the platform friendly and easy to navigate. Did some research as well before sending my deposit and saw a few not so good reviews about not being regulated etc, so that made me think it a couple of times before the making the deposit. Honestly I've deposit a small amount to start from which I've grown a lot in 2 months and have made 2 small withdrawals to check the process. I noticed support answers very fast and with accurate info and responses, also, the withdrawal process has been smooth and they've answered my questions regarding fees and other questions. Spread are ok and I'm ok with what I see compared to other brokers/prop firms. Overall a good broker for now and will continue trading with them. My expectation is to continue growing the account and make bigger withdrawals. Hopefully all stays the same. Cheers

Couldn't get verified. This broker uses a third party service called sumsub for their KYC services and for some reason they don't believe I am a real person. Before I started the verification process I emailed support and let them know I might need help. At first it actually said I was verified and I was able to deposit funds. The next day I got an email saying that the verification failed and my account got suspended. Like I said I expected this and had contacted support already so at this point I was just sending them updates. It is about to be 5 DAYS since I sent these emails out and the support team has not responded to a single email I sent. Not even an acknowledgment that they got my email and I know its the correct one because I literally copied and pasted it off the login page on their website. This is before I am even allowed to deposit any money into the account. I don't even want to imagine if it was a situation where something happened with the money I deposited or some crazy trading conditions on the broker's end. I guess they don't really care about the customers who don't have a large social media following unfortunately.

i do not know use or not use many traders shares this broker on youtube also provided link under their post but i notice alotof bad reviews after these how to trust money to this broker

HeroFX is an awful broker, I transferred ETH to the platform for trading, after 24hrs of not seeing the money in my wallet and reached out to them. I was told that the money was transferred in the wrong wallet and to fix it they will have to transfer the ETH back to the wallet it is coming from. they requested my ETH wallet to transfer the funds, after 48hrs of waiting on the funds to be transferred back to my wallet I was asked again for the ETH wallet. also note I did the same transaction identical transaction 1 week before and the ETH was sent, and I was able to trade within less than an hour.
I am still waiting on my returns; I was now told the transaction to return the money back to my wallet can take up to 1week.
