There are those times when you have an absolute plumbing emergency and need a plumber there yesterday! And there are those times when you have a simple job to do, but have niggling questions about how to solve it, the Internet is a minefield and you can ask your dad but he's not the best over zoom amd you do recall him flooding the place not thst long ago...well then you use Herofix. Brilliant service, quick, succinct and simple it really is an absolutely genius idea and ran by a wonderful friendly team of experts youbreally do feel like you are in safe hands and I would recounted them to anyone who just needed a bit of a helping hand.

Five star experience with Son. His step by step instructions were very clear and concise allowing us to top up the inhibitor in our heating system. Herofix is a great initiative. It is easy to watch YouTube videos but you do not have the service or opportunity to ask questions.

Very helpful and honest. Super nice people aswell! Great service from both Ashley and Al. Boiler back up and running straight away. Quick diagnosis and all round honest advice given with no pressure at all on the customer to make a decision either way. Perfect for the current climate as a callout alone will cost £100+. All sorted for £15?... a no brainer!

Very useful service during the pandemic - plumber was very helpful and patient over the video call and guided me in executing a temporary fix while shielding.

We had concerns about our hot water, but an emergency call with Herofix quickly resolved the issue and put us at ease. I was dreading getting help so close to Christmas but I was on a call within 30 minutes of making the booking - £15 well spent. Brilliant service, thank you!

We are experiencing issues with noisy pipes due to our downstairs neighbour having had some work done on the heating system. We needed an advice so that we could have an informed conversation with the neighbour's plumber if the issue is not resolved.
A call is what we needed, we were able to get a same day video appointment. The explanation was clear and very useful. Thanks!

I booked a FaceTime call to look at a problem I was having with a waste disposal unit. The plumber walked me through several things to try and identified the likely issue. Now I know the exact issue I can find the right person to sort it out without wasting time or money on unnecessary callouts.
