This company has liquidated claiming…
This company has liquidated claiming their director (William Cullen DOB 1965) had passed away leaving me with £32,000 of assets that I can’t guarantee exist at all. The company is still operating in Spain under the director Billy Raymond Cullen (DOB 1986).
I ignored the names at first assuming they were the same person but they are in fact not and the ID I have for Billy reveals that his date of birth is 1986. The Spanish branch of this company claims it is currently stuck in proceedings as a result of the death of the director. The Spanish director is very much alive and well so there should not be any problem whatsoever in getting things moving.
The original two casks I purchased do in fact exist but I have yet to find any trace of the remaining 4 totalling £32,000. I am 95% sure this is a scam. Any other person that has had dealings with this company please contact me
