Worst hair shop in Houston
Worst hair shop in Houston. The owners are racist and rude. They are black and I’m white. I came into the shop explaining how my wig was used that they shipped me and the owner cursed me in my face. They told me to get out and slammed the door. I told them that I ordered a wig and it smelled like cat pee when it arrived. It was in the worse condition and had used with hair glue on it. To make things even worse the charged my card 3 times for the same product. So they are doing shady business. I had to contact my bank to get my money back. I will never do business with you all again and I’m reporting you to the BBB. I tried to support a black owned business and this is the thanks i get .

This is obviously a fake review and an attempt to attack my business. Our wigs are custom fitted made for our clients and cancer patients which mean you can not order them on line. Also we have weekly training classes on customer service so our employees provide only excellent service. You either have the wrong store or this is personal. This is a place of business and there is no way to slam a glass storefront door in your face, as well as have access to your card to charge it 3 times. I know who you are and you cannot behave in this manner because i didn't give you any more money and I didn't let you and your family reside in my home again. My home was full at the time.

This is a fake company in the United States. These people doing big scams with the people. They didn't deliver the order. I'll pay $800 for the hair bundles but I didn't receive my order and when I call these people then no body picks my call. They took my money and run away. They do not exist in the United States.

This is a blatant lie my company was not open at the time of this review there’s no possible way you could’ve spent money with her hair bundles and not received a product since this time we’ve had hundreds of customers and no complaints because our product is a one come to her hair bundles and experience the difference this must be a competitor but whomever this is I wish you well in life
