Professional and friendly and a fast turnaround for sampling of artex ceilings

My husband first telephoned on Monday 01/09/25. Lady he spoke to was helpful about taking a sample in to their premises.
Tuesday 02/09/25 Husband took sample in and Staff were very helpful, informative and provided helpful information. Very efficient.

From the day I emailed my enquiry, I found the Company (Sharon) to be just brilliant. It makes a change that one receives fantastic communication from a Company.
I was kept updated of any changes and on the day of the asbestos removal, the team arrived earlier than anticipated and were nothing but friendly and professional.
I would not hesitate to recommend Hereford Asbestos.

This is an AWESOME Company. I have no hesitation at all in recommending them.
I had an issue with 2 large asbestos cement garden pots, I was very stressed as one had been broken up outside by my partner.
I emailed HAS, Sharon contacted me by phone within a few minutes to discuss the job, I was reassured all was ok. The guy, Ash, came along promptly a few days later. He removed the remaining pot, taking all precautions, he explained about the amount of asbestos in the cement and went into detail answering my many questions. I had booked an air test the following morning, he advised me to cancel this, as he said no fibres would be found, as the pot was broken outside, very few fibres of asbestos in the cement anyway, bound by it, so very few would have been released. Ash was amazing, as was Sharon in the office. I was able to cancel the air test without any problems. Such a fantastic company, can't thank them enough. Helen x

Brilliant job yet again by Hereford Asbestos Services. With the asbestos being discovered in a gasket which was returned on a warranty job meant we were held up on completing the repair work.

HAS had a quick turn around and even came earlier than planned due to a cancellation slot knowing we needed this completed ASAP.

Extremely please with he work

Super friendly on the phone, very efficient administration, the men came bang on time, did a thorough job and were extremely friendly and helpful, especially with reporting back on the structure. Cannot be faulted. I recommend this company.

The work over-ran due to sickness but they made every effort to get the job completed and did so to my satisfaction.
They alerted me to a leak in my roof which I was able to get repaired before damage was done to my new ceilings. If they had finished to the original timescale they wouldn't have been there when it rained.

We've used twice now. Both times we experienced excellent professional service from start to finish by everyone involved.
