I bought a 10 euro coin
I bought a 10 euro coin, even in the order it is indicated # 0020022337 (België 10 euromunt ’75 jaar NAVO’ Zilver Proof in étui 0117879). But now the mail brought me 75 cents in a blister. Where is my 10 euro coin in the case?
upd: I wrote to support that same day, but still no answer. Ticket number 176547
upd: Today the coin was finally delivered. The previous erroneous parcel was allowed to be kept. Everything is fine. But 2 months of delivery and correspondence with support only pulls 4 stars

First time using this Belgian platform to purchase coins and I must say that I found the portal easy to use, huge choice of coins, professionalism even in communications.
Zero shipping costs for purchases over 25 euros.

I waited a very long time for an answer by email. I received an answer only after repeated requests. I waited an incredibly long time for my paid order to be sent to me. I'm not sure I'll want to order coins here again.
