Ellis Law helped my wife and I purchase residential real estate and made it an easy and smooth transaction. Jon was the point person. He was prompt, professional and helped protect our legal interests every step of the way. He has a mastery of the subject matter and made sure we were comfortable and that every concern was addressed. The office staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The cherry on top was that Herb came to our closing to make sure there were no hiccups. If it wasn’t for them we would not have been able to close on such a tight timeframe. They really did treat us like family and I couldn’t recommend them more!

Did not receive the defense I expected was given the same deal that was being offered by the Prosecutor except I now had to pay $3500 to thget lawyer on top of the $4000 to the courts doesn't make sense to me.

I just received my first “DUI” in New Jersey along with a “Refusal”, and 3 additional moving violations (5 tickets total).

I was looking at losing my driving privileges for 14-24 months, followed by a mandatory installation of an interlock device on my car, possible jail time, and thousands in fines.

A friend had given me Herb’s number, so I gave him a call.

Herb was able to get a dismissal on the “Refusal”, drop the moving violation charges , and a substantial reduction to the penalties for the DUI. I walked away with a 3 month license suspension, and 2 alcohol assessment classes.

Without Herb things wouldn’t have gone so well, not too mention the thousands of dollars in fines he saved me.

I extremely grateful for Herb’s services.

I got a traffic ticket because of using hand held device (cell phone) while driving which was my third offence. Judge said the fine shall be driver license suspension, $600 fine and points. So I called Mr. Ellis' office.
I got the result yesterday which was $150 fine plus court fee $33, no points and no license suspension. Why? just call Mr. Ellis who is extremely professional and trustworthy. Thanks, Herbert.
