First of all takes very long time to get to me and second of all the shipping is horrible. I was supposed to receive my order yesterday cause it was out for delivery at 4:30 and it had never came. I stayed up for very late but I had to be to work very early, which caused me to have lack of sleep because I was waiting for this order to come cause I didn’t want a package sitting out my door all night. This is the second time this this is happening. You need to change shipping companies no free shipping is not good. You’re charging me for shipping and I never received it.

Best Natural Filled with herbs tea
Herbaly teas are filled with natural herbs which my husband and I love.

subscription is too hard to manage
You sent me another two bags of tea. I had you put my order in delay. You charged and sent them. I have so many bags now I will never be able to use all of them before they expire. You sent me a text message saying my product would be delayed. Two days later the tea shows up. If we don't get this error settled, I will cancel my subscription's with your company.

I thought your product was misrepresented and found you would be sending more product without my permission.
I thought your product was worth ordering and then after receiving the tea I see suddenly that my order turned into a subscription… with orders coming on a regular basis. This is why companies like Amazon get business. There are no hidden messages like this. You get what you ask for. I have sent an email requesting strongly that I receive no further orders!
