Order Number 24659942
Placed an Order on 8th February 2025, Got an email stating that it will be delivered on 10th Feb saying it will be delivered by Yodel.
Checked the tracking details and it was stating it had been delivered to my front Porch??? @12.24pm
I do NOT have a front porch!!
Sent them an email which I sent to Herbalife themselves who advised me to contact the seller on their website.
email sent and also rang their phone which goes straight to voicemail.
Got a reply on email stating I would get an update soon.
No reply so sent another email and another voicemail left on 13th Feb
Poor communication and slow in getting back to their customers.

Customer service can be improved
I placed an order however after the order was placed additional information (personal or resale purchase) was requested before dispatching my order. This unnecessarily delayed the shipping. I never once received an apology. When you place an order, you expect it to be shipped. I do not see myself purchasing from here again!
