I believe this company is a scam

I believe this company is a scam.

I totally agree with the first review. Products are not labelled or listed well, I do not believe they contain any healing properties or if so insufficient amounts. Bad oils used that are not listed, I should have be been more careful.
Customer service was atrocious and shocking to say the least, still no word on my refunded item.

Poor quality products and shocking…

Poor quality products and shocking customer service

I have noticed that I am the first buyer to leave a review for this company. I won’t make assumptions but it is questionable.

I bought comfrey butter from this company after finishing the one I had from another reliable brand. After doing a search I decided to buy this company’s product. I use comfrey butter as a hand cream at night to help with my stiff finger joints and mild wear. The product that I was using was great which comfrey was mixed with olive oil. The comfrey from Herbalshire hand made products , is mixed with sunflower oil. It had no affect on my joint pain at all so I emailed the company asking for guidance. They didn’t reply first time and when I wrote after three weeks for the second time, I had an unexpected reply to say the least . Ray said : there was nothing wrong with their product and I couldn’t send it back because I had used it. Ray Taylor , the person who replied to me was very unprofessional, rudely firm and was offended by my concerns.

After I replied to him again explaining the difference I felt with their product and the one I was using previously, his reply was very rude and offensive. He also said this is how he deals with customers who repeatedly complain. His actual words were ” if you want, I can show you a sharper version (his email ) that shuts down accusations from serial complainers “ 😱. I still can’t believe his reply.
