Amazing experience

Amazing experience I normally visit the beach in Lewisham however I had booked a deep tissue massage with the Woolwich branch. I left feeling light and with zero pain or discomfort. Dr Ma I thank-you i will most definitely rebook and recommend the business. The receptionist was also very helpful in accommodating me changingthe time of my appointment. I left with their heat pack which I also recommend for pain. Thanks again

I would like to thank Dr Yin for…

I would like to thank Dr Yin at Blackburn for treating me for the past 6 months. I am in my 4th year of Long Covid and he is the only person who has been able to help me with Long Covid Pain and other symptoms. The Ginseng Tea (11) has given me my energy back and the Fructus Momordicae & Lilly Tea (18) has helped with my cough. Would very much recommend Dr Yin. Thank you 👍🏻

A total waste of £55

A total waste of £55! Was told “he would sort me out” just to then get told after I would need multiple sessions, quite rude and abrupt. Couldn’t even speak full English… wouldn’t recommend this place at all! Stick with a real doctor!

Misdiagnosis!

They could not diagnose my problem properly!
I visited there with my kidney problem. I had a lots of pain in that area. But I was told I have a back pain.
A few weeks later I finished in a hospital with 3 bags of infusion and have an appointment for kidney examination.
So I really have doubt about their professional qualification!

AVOID

Follow up to my previous review.
They contacted me today offering my final treatment. 3 years after the original treatment so therefore useless now. I asked for a refund which they said they couldnt give, offered me herbs instead which I do not need.
Avoid this company at all costs. As said in another review, if they do speak some English its not very good and do not listen to you properly.

I visited herbal inn branch in Wood…

I visited herbal inn branch in Wood Green, London and I asked for reflexology foot massage. After massage have been offered for herbal tea for liver detox. The woman selling the products explained me why I need this tea, bcz to increase energy level, for insomnia, depression, all these things everybody has .I drunk the tea twice a day morning and evening. I started not feeling good day 3, but I thought that maybe bcz my body starts get rid of the toxins.
The day 6 I woke up middle of the night sweating a lot, my body was shaking, diarrhoea, can't take a breath, not able to walk and speak, my skin was pale. And I was a home alone!!!.
In that moment I realise that the tea contains something that poisoned me.
I went to A&E immediately, that was life threatening situation. The doctors I A&E asked me about ingredients in the tea.
I was 3 consecutive days in the hospital, constantly checking my blood tests, and whether my organs work correctly.
The worst thing is that my son also has taken 3 different products from them and he also said that not feeling good. He stopped immediately use them.
Never never trust anymore these products, bcz no one knows what is inside!!
And " the Doctor", who made reflexology and acupuncture, he even can't speak English.
And the woman who sells the product made translation. They was speaking on their native language in treatments room and I didn't know what are talking about, it looked that they was laughing about the question I asked.
This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life!
Today, 4 days after I question my self how I can recover, its gonna take God knows how many days to come back to my normal rhythm of life!

If you have allergies or intolerances, Herbal Inn is not safe for you!

If you have allergies or intolerances, this place is not safe for you!

I went for a consultation and acupuncture in the Stratford branch of Herbal Inn. In my consultation I mentioned that I have coeliac disease (an autoimmune condition that is triggered by gluten) and I explained exactly what the condition and its symptoms were. The doctor appeared to write everything down. After my acupuncture I was given my first “prescription” - 2 types of tea. These were not cheap! £55 if I remember correctly!!

So I started taking the teas twice a day for the week. By the end of the week I felt so weak, exhausted and unwell. I had been getting worse from the second day or so but thought it might be the side effects of the medicine working. But by the end of the week I knew that there must have been at least traces of gluten in the teas I had been given. I went to check the labels but there was no formal allergen information. I suffered a multitude of horrible symptoms for 3 weeks after, which were particularly bad this time due to being micropoisoned twice daily for nearly a whole week.

I had spent a lot of money to basically consume poison. And when I complained to them, they would not give me my money back. They offered more treatments, which I didn’t take up because of Covid and because of an uncomfortable experience I had during my first visit. Now they are ignoring my correspondence.

This company even offers allergy consultations! Even though they clearly don’t take allergies seriously. Think twice before putting yourself at risk with them.
