Quick customer service. When I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address and emailed customer service, I received a response fixing the issue within 12 hours.

I am just getting started in my journey with making my own herbal remedies, and I obviously started in the right place! Herb Affair has been so helpful with my order (adjusting it for me to make it perfect), and sending addition support including instructions and videos on how to get the best outcome. Thank you Kristine, and Herb Affair, for this great product.

From the first moment I found Herb Affair and began using their products, my life changed for the better. As an herbalist I research before I purchase any natural products. I have not been disappointed in ordering the powdered herbal products to make my own supplements. While I was placing my order (my first, on this site), I was interrupted and failed one step in the process. Later in the day when I realized it, I reached out to Herb affair. Kristine and customer support responded promptly and politely. When I had given her all of the details, she corrected the situation for me. Thank you for great customer support. I had placed an order and was sure I had hit the 10% off so that I'd receive the discount at the end when I paid. Assuming that had happened, I paid the amount, but it didn't look like I had received the discount! I needed to contact support on another issue and decided to take a chance and see if they would honor the 10% discount. I assumed I wouldn't receive it as I apparently messed up, but they were so nice, and I received a refund of the 10% back on my credit card! I was shocked and super happy! Sometimes it's things like this that make you loyal to a company as they didn't have to do that, but they did. Thank you so much Herb Affair!

I've had a great experience with this company so far. They get back to you promptly with any concerns you may have. I've used the "Capsule It" once so far, and it works great.I made 100 capsules in about 15 minutes, but it with be faster now that I've done it once.

Tonight I emailed Herb Affair about my capsule order. Kristine responded within an hour (I wasn't expecting any response for 24hrs) and informed me that they only stock bags of 1000 in the capsules. Kristine was very pleasant and offered a discount to correct the problem. I have been very pleased with all my dealings with Herb Affair and I definitely will continue to use them.
