Missing Parcel
We often don’t have an opinion on online customer service until we have a problem.
When Evri failed to deliver my Parcel, I contacted customer support who confirmed that they hadn’t had proof of delivery and swiftly arranged for a replacement to be sent - all within hours of my first contact. Thank you Hera for your excellent customer service!

The hoodie is to die for
Clothes came in good time, and was happy with the discounts on offer.
The hoodie is the cosiest. The zip on it makes it top tier! The black ‘wide leg sweatpant’ is also great, but nearly too long on the legs. The jeans are nice but very stiff. Not sure yet if I’ll keep them

Decline in quality
Last year, I ordered a pair of cotton joggers, and they were fantastic quality. I still have them, and wear them regularly. When they went on sale again, I decided to order two more pairs, but the quality is much poorer now. I've worn them once only (just walking, and not for a great distance), and washed them once, and already the seam is coming apart, and the cotton is piling. I am so very disappointed, to be honest. I am probably going to have to get rid of them after 3-4 more wears, which is insane since the original pair is still going on strong after dozens of uses and washes.

First time customer
First time customer. Ordered a pair of jeans in 28in waist. Came and they were absolutely massive. Closer to a 38in waist. Had a logo inside which said 28in. Unless I’ve lost half my waist line since ordering, which is goals, they were not sized correctly.
Disappointing, as the jeans were really nice. But, I don’t fancy wearing braces to be able to wear clothing, or to start a new career as the local clown.
Item has been returned, which I was charged for. Loved that part almost as much as the overnight weight loss.
