Fantastic service from David at Henry Philips as always. This is my third transaction through David and his service is faultless! After two other agents failed to obtain a sale, David negotiated the sale quickly and in a very difficult market. I would highly recommend Henry Philips for a speedy, professional service.

Fantastic company to work with, got put in touch with Hen thought a family member as I was struggling to buy are first home, and I was feeling very preasured with most of the estate agents in the area to buy a property soon as I viewed it. Once I found the property I liked Hen talked me through all the process of buying as I did not have a clue or understand any of it. They also put me into contact with various other company's such as the mogage broker and solicitors which made the process go a lot quicker and smother, also kept the costs down. Would highly recommend to all especially first time buyers.l, can't thank them enough.

Henry Philips have been a dream to work with, especially Jon. We sold out apartment at the end of 2023, achieved the price we wanted within a short period of time and completed within 10 weeks, thank again!

We recently sold our flat through Henry Phillips, specifically Jon and had a very supportive experience. From our first encounter to the last, Jon was very knowledgeable and realistic.
Considering the difficult economic climate that we were selling in, Jon went above and beyond to source a buyer. Despite loosing our first buyer due to unforeseen circumstances, Jon did not loose hope and explained how we could best position ourselves. That week we managed to get several offers! He assisted us with moving the process along at speed and we managed to exchange and complete in record time. Can't thank him enough!

David Stevens, from Henry Philips, did a great job in selling my house in a very difficult climate. I found him very honest in the initial discussion in setting the price range. Then keeping my updated with quality feedback through out the viewing process. A few difficulties occurred but were all handled professionally and with speed. Thank you David.

I can't rate David at Henry Phillips highly enough - we were trying to sell our flat in Tongham for almost 2 years...when David came on board after 13 months, we experienced no-end of difficulties (from buyers pulling out, to uncovering complexities with the lease, to mortgage rates rocketing and multiple mortgage applications being rejected), but I'm convinced that we never would have reached completion without David and the Henry Phillips team.
David worked tirelessy, as if it were his own property he was trying to sell; he was such an incredible help and support, doing everything in his power to try and resolve issues or investigate. He even offered to pay for some reports we needed to have done just to help us push the sale through.

I am delighted to write this very well-deserved review for David Stevens of Henry Phillips, who got us sold within a month!
David’s approach was remarkably different, in that he made things happen. He was proactive and knew the market. Every viewing had been properly qualified, so that any party coming over the doorstep was in a position to buy, had viewed the house via the video link, and could afford the property. No timewasters were admitted!
The marketing of the property was sound. It was re-launched to the market, after another agent failed to sell after 3-months. New, fresh photos, excellent photography to show it at its best, but also a realistic portrayal of the property were promptly and efficiently arranged, and the property launched the following day.
We hit a few snags along the way but with David’s tenacity, drive, and the will of all parties involved, we overcame them together, and completed on the sale earlier this month.
I am so impressed, that I have offered David a “head start” on finding my next home, before I consider any other agents, such is my faith in, and gratitude towards him for getting us over the line.

Estate Agents sometimes get a bad rap (on occasions deserved), But if you use Henry Phillips Estate Agent, they will take you through the whole process of selling the house, explaining how and why your house is advertised and when the offer comes through they lease with both sets of Solicitors. I can assure you, your stress will be much reduced. Our main contact was David Stevens and throughout it was obvious he new what he was talking about, A very proffesional job.

I purchased a Farnborough property needing substantial maintainance through Henry Philips during the summer of 2022, and found David Stevens to be thoroughly helpful and pragmatic on both the selling and purchasing side. He went well beyond the services of usual estate agents to get a difficult property position over the line, assisting both the vendors in a remote sale and facilitating accompanied return viewing visits in order that I could obtain trade quotes and estimates to make the deal happen. I doubt I would have retained my interest in the transaction without the selling agent's support I received throughout the exchange of contracts period.

Henry Phillips is proof of boys doing a mans job.

I don't normally leave reviews but out of frustration I am now. The house sold itself not the Estate agents. I had high hope's for my first experience on the property ladder but unfortunately feel I was ignored at times and not treated with the respect I should have. I felt I was purely seen as tieing up the end of a chain and get the ball rolling. When I brought up any questions or queries I felt I either didn't get any answers or ones that were completely fabricated which then led to be wrong.
On move in day which was the only time I physically met Jon after 4 months of liaising via message, I felt it was extremely impersonal and he clearly didn't know much about the house itself. After being asked- I raised questions which I had or things that had not been done but promised, with no clear answer on the day and I will get back to you. I heard nothing so messaged and to this day never heard from him since. They also don't have a office or base you are able to visit therefore, no way of really getting hold of them in person.
The whole experience for me I felt I was left in the dark. If you are a buyer you are just a number and they don't really care to follow you with the same service as you aren't paying for it. Definitely will not be using Henry Philips when I'm at a position to sell, had your chance but you blew that but ignoring me.

David Stephens has a great knowledge of the market but is different from many estate agents.
He is very pro-active, his photos, approach and marketing are refreshingly good.
He is easy to talk to, for customers and buyers alike, so we had more quality viewings with detailed feedback I would recommend him and the Henry Philips organisation
