What a brilliant letting agency, easily the best i have interacted with. Alex from the Storrington branch couldn't have been more of a help. Out of all of the agencies we spoke to, and all the agents we dealt with Alex was stand out wonderful. This could have been a very stressful time for us as we have a slightly unique financial situation but he made us feel so optimistic, and helped at every opportunity. He was an absolute delight to speak to and I honestly don't think there is anything he could have done to make this a smoother process, completely stand out service. Thank you so much for your kind and helpful correspondence and overall cheerful manner throughout, sending us properties and keeping us in mind. We are over the moon with the property we have finalised on. I have no doubt Alex will go far within the company and deserves all the best. Thank you again, it really made all the difference for us going through the process of renting again.

Recently moved into a rental property and the entire process was very smooth. Charlie Salter was very good and extremely helpful throughout the process, would highly recommend Charlie and Henry Adams.

Such a smooth a pleasant moving experience which would usually be such a stressful period. Very disappointed to say the least. They are very nice to you before you move in, after paying rent and deposit you will see hell. I stayed for days with no hot water in December, making numerous calls and emails and being told stories. I stayed for months with damp and mold and nothing was done, only for them to make efforts to change the place for the new tenant when I was to move out. The house was extremely cold. The worst experience ever, paying a lot of money for rent for nothing.

The team were helpful in securing a new tenant and once it was confirmed all went to plan !

As a landlord we have had a few issues with our small house but our agents, Henry Adams, have been understanding, efficient and generally very helpful.

When I stepped into Henry Adams offices to enquire about House rentals, I was attended by Lisa Holt, Ana and Siobhan showed me a range of houses that best described my request and need. Great service from the Lettings Team at Storrington!
'We' found a property we liked and a viewing was promptly arranged at a convenient time for 'us' (my partner!). Communication was great, got in touch when they said they would and the landlord requested a meeting before offering the tenancy to us which Henry Adams accommodated at their branch and even provided tea & coffee! Very friendly, helpful and communicative and quickly resolved a hassle we had with rightmove who manage the referencing. I think I would have preferred they handled referencing themselves as I feel they would have been more competent at it than rightmove were; hence the 4 stars.

The welcome pack left for us when we moved in was lovely and they worked with my short-notice, very changeable, work schedule on key collection day which turned out to be nice and easy.

Overall, great service moving in, if we move out (hoping not to!) then I'll try and remember to update this review!

A fabulous agency who both helped my husband and I and my mother find our homes. They listen, they care, they are attentive and very importantly for my husband and I they are LGBTQI friendly.

It's a shame 1 star is all I can put, they don't take care of their tenants, the landlord has taken months to do basic things. Thought to edit to address the comment, contacting the letting agency as requested under has been done multiple times but simple request are not answered and neither are the serious ones. So maybe a bad review is just the way to get their attention. Good to know... :D

Would highly recommend Henry Adams Lettings - I am with the Bognor Regis office and the entire team are professional, efficient and friendly. My main point of contact is Alison and she has been outstanding in helping to resolve an issue - regularly calling and emailing to keep me updated and is extremely understanding and efficient - her help has been very much appreciated.

This is my first time renting with Henry Adams (Billingshurst). From the Get-go From the first initial viewing to the final offer they have been incredibly helpful swift and smooth throughout the entire process. Henry Adams has been great throughout the entire process of re-letting our flat. Our main contact was Charlie and he was always readily available, friendly and helpful with every query we had. I really appreciated his down to earth manner and honest advice and he was sensitive to our wishes, never pushing us to accept a potential new tenant that we didn’t feel comfortable with. Everything ran smoothly with setting up the new contracts and arranging the handover to our tenants. Thank you Henry Adams, would highly recommend!

As we live in France, we have Henry Adams to take care of our apartment in the UK and they have been so very well for ten years. The service is excellent and their management more than anything provides peace of mind - they have always been able to find good tenants quickly. Any maintenance issues are sorted out without delay from their raft of electricians, plumbers, handymen etc. Thoroughly recommend.

We approached Henry Adams Chichester and from the moment we went in the door it was 101% perfect service. We were looked after by Lesley-Anne who took us round the house at a leisurely pace. No rush answering our questions. We filled in the application form after a few minor queries all was set up for our move.
Today we are in our new house thankfully we went to Henry Adams Chichester and would recommend them.

Henry Adams, and in particular Lesley-Anne, were extremely helpful in finding us a rental for my elderly parents.
