I have ordered 2 rings from Henrimartin.co with order number #56109 in 2018. I received the "Queen Diamond April Birthstone" but never received the second ring "Mystic Amethyst February Birthstone".

I communicated with them and obtained a response as below. However, I could never receive my second ring. This is not appropriate....If you don't ask, they don't even track their own products whether they are delivered or not.

I see your order was shipped on 17th of JULY.

All orders made before August take 2 - 10 weeks delivery. Some parts of the USA are experiencing times closer to 10 weeks and for that we apologies

We have updated our shipping carrier so all orders from August onwards will take 2 - 4 weeks with tracking provided.

They have renamed their store but still sale the same junk. Stay away from Laurent Gautier. Be careful of the spelling as there is a legitimate jewelry store with similar name.

I ordered a ring from Henri Martin knowing it was too good to be true. Paid a little over $30 for a ring that just went in the trash, as they will not allow a return, instead of taking their plastic junk back, they offered to send me up to 3 other pieces of junk for my trouble. (I also spoke with Anna) I told them to just keep the $30 and all of their plastic crap. I just hope this review will help prevent another customer getting scammed! I plan to share everywhere.

Please don’t ever order anything from this company!!! I ordered a ring for my Mother August 2018. I waited a month to receive it, and to top it off, it wasn’t what I ordered! I ordered an emerald ring and they sent a huge sapphire ring. I began corresponding with a woman named Ana in september. I sent photos of the product and packaging and I asked for a refund or credit. I have been corresponding since October and still haven’t had any resolution. No refund, no credit, no apology for their mistake, and no empathy.

Started with "free" supposed blue sapphire ring, just pay shipping July 2018. Finally got ring in Sept and it was total junk, stone was like plastic and badly scarred.. Requested refund, they sent second ring with a free item instead. The replacement was junk as well, however the free item (different stone/green peridot) was actually beautiful. Dec 2, I requested to return both blue stone (junk) rings for one item. I wanted another green peridot ring for a gift. Still waiting for an answer. Bottom line.. I would never order from them again!

I ordered a ring in July, and not received it.

If I could give a big fat zero, I would. Ordered the Boho Moonstone Ring in July 2018. Was told it could take 10-12 weeks to come. 14 weeks later...no ring. Contacted the company and they said Oh it must've gotten lost in the mail. We will send you a new one and please pick out something else on us. Ok. Did that. Got another email saying the Moonstone ring was out and please pick out something else. Did that. Now I have 2 rings supposedly coming. Nothing has come yet. Wrote them again...they are ignoring my correspondence. All of a sudden I get a tracking number for the Moonstone ring that was conveniently no longer available. Tried tracking the ring...that is a joke because it is still in "customs" as of Nov 21. Dont waste your time on this company. Awful awful people to deal with. The products are probably s*it too.

Ordered a ring July 24th. Never came. Emails explaining their customer woes, then promise after promise of delivery dates. If I could have given them a ZERO star, I would have. Finally got an email saying they were giving me a refund. That hasn't happened either. The only satisfaction I have is that I am writing an article on online scams, especially from China, and it will be published in a major American magazine. I believe HENRI MARTIN will be the lead company I will point a finger at. They are CROOKS!!! Do not order anything from them. Total Rip Off.

I paid shipping and handling plus the International fee for the FREE QUEENS ARE BORN IN SEPTEMBER RING on 6/19/2018 and here it is 4 months later and I still have not received my ring nor a response to the emails I have sent the company. I have all the bank information for this transaction and I will be filing a complaint to get my money back. Don't FALL for this scam like I did, this place is a JOKE!

If I could give it less I would..total crap. First off the ring is huge..not as described..and see the picture...smashed on transit because the company did nothing to safe guard the product..

Won't all pics to show the junk received

Took them 6 weeks to deliver a ring that could be purchased from a gumball machine. Every aspect of this purchase was horrible, especially the plastic piece of junk that arrived today. Don't waste your time and money.

I'm embarrassed to admit I ordered 2 rings from this company. Only one arrived and it's such poor quality that I don't care if the other arrives. It will go straight into the trash. The one I did receive is absolute garbage. The product photo showed an opal clearly surrounded by other white gemstones going down the side of the ring. The actual ring I received is a cheap knock off. The opal is plastic. There are no other gemstones around it, but the metal has been indented to try to make it look like there is. The ring is cheap, smaller than it should be for it's size and uncomfortable.

I see they are giving a lot of rings away for "free" if you pay a high price for shipping, they probably are doing this so you cant dispute it with your credit card. But they also have a lot of rings not for free. Don't fall for any of it.
