Disgrace on every level. Finally picked up 2 hours late. Both the driver (who didn't make it) as well as the office staff were very rude and shouted at us, saying we'd given the wrong post code! We have their confirmation of the booking with absolutely the correct post code. Asked not to be charged which of course fell on deaf ears. Totally useless, rude and aggressive. Suggest you ask your clients for what3words which is very useful especially for rural locations

I have used the service regularly to offer them business as a smaller firm in the area. However, they frequently don’t arrive when ordered let alone arrive on time. The evening dispatcher is exceptionally rude and unprofessional. There are much better mini cab alternatives in the area. Don’t let one or two decent Expereinces fool you. My review reflects over a year of this poor experience

Driver arrived to pick us up at Heathrow an hour late!!!!
If you need to be on time use someone else.
