Our fan was delivered well within one week of the order, well packed and in good condition.

Great company to do business with in the quagmire of fans out there, I ended up purchasing my ceiling fan from this site because the website descriptions are so helpful as well as their page on how to choose the right fan. Also they only stock silent fans. Niki was great - sent her the dimensions of my oddly shaped room & she was so helpful & helped me avoid getting the fan I most liked, but which was too big (blades) and too low hanging. Great service - the fan arrived the very next day. Good returns service too if you get it wrong. Really pleased!!!

The fan is very quiet (a lot quieter than my other fan) the timer function is very good but it could have had a 1hr or 2hr setting as sometimes 4hrs is to long

First class product , the wife is always cold in bed and as a result we always have a duvet which is often too hot for me . I have used this on two of the hottest nights of the year and found it kept me cool, and with the remote it is easy to turn up or down the air flow .
