Why launch a product when you can’t fulfil orders? Hoxa was introduced late summer 2025, my kitchen provider had to wait 4 months for the dark brass 160mm pull handles to arrive. Then I thought I’d shake the cabinetry up a bit by adding a few knobs, T-bars and back plates - nope, no stock again and products on back order AGAIN!! So frustrating, I wish I’d picked an alternative supplier.
I recently visited their studio in London. Wonderful experience and beautiful studio. Their handles are just as pictured and was great to see them in person and I have placed an order. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend
