I ordered signs and asked to have custom wording on it they failed me especially the one that was supposed to be for my late husband that was supposed to say in memory of and they did not do it now

I ordered for signs ask to have the signs custom made with something on them I mean I ordered a packer sign and asked to have in memory of my husband it never got put on there I've messaged him several times and they are ignoring me they won't make it right do not order from this company the wood is thin cheap the quality is poor and they do not uphold to orders

The Perfect White Pitcher

I had searched many outlets to find the perfect white pitcher for my new coffee bar area. I saw Hemsley's Home Decor white pitcher, and fell in love! When my package arrived, I opened it to find a broken pitcher. I was so disappointed. I took pictures and sent an email to their customer service asking what we should do next. Within a few days, I received a new pitcher! It is perfect. I very much appreciate Hemsley's customer service. They also sent a nice email. Thank you so much, Hemsley Home Decor, for a wonderfful experience. I realize it was a pitcher, but it was the PERFECT pitcher for my needs.

Disappointed

I made an order ,they took the money out of my account and then I received an e-mail saying they don't deliver to Canada and had to wait some time for my refund.This information should be on their website to save time and hassle.
