Hello Lee, your order was shipped on Tuesday last week at the first opportunity, after a small delay as our local post office was closed for the Easter holidays. You will have been sent tracking details if you check your email.
It’s possible the slightly longer than agreed delivery time is due to Royal Mail dealing with some backlog from taking their Easter break.
In regards to your email, you messaged us at 7pm on a Friday night, while we’re dedicated to our job, unfortunately we don’t work weekend evenings. I can see someone also replied to you on Saturday afternoon which is a more than acceptable timeframe.
I would direct you to your order details in your email inbox and tracking for more information as explained in the delivery t&cs you agreed to when you ordered.

Hello Tracy thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately we don’t sell out of date or “fake” Professor Herb products, I can’t even imagine there is anyone making such products.
If you’re reacting negatively to their hemp blend, try consuming it in a dry herb vaporiser or as a tea. This is our recommended way of consuming this product as smoking plant matter can produce negative by-products such as you experienced.
Update: Again no one in the world is making fake Professor Herb hemp blends. You can easily go to their store finder and discover we are one of their official retailers. Nor are they “old,” we sell boxes of it every week and we buy it direct. It’s unfortunate that you’ve not responded well to this flavour of their product but your accusations are wild and inaccurate, bordering on defamatory.
You didn’t even reach out to the team to discuss your issue and try and resolve it.

Just received my 3rd order from them.
